    After waiting for over a year for this game to be released I have to say so far it has been a huge disappointment. I feel like i'm playing an updated version of Dragon Age 2 which was also confined to a city with little chance to explore outside of it. The graphics are sub par with the blurring that occurs and the HDR doesn't even work on my PS4 Pro console. The main character is without personality, in fact the NPC's appear to have more than the main character does. Although I'm early in the game the missions so far are uninteresting and repetitive and I don't like the way the game holds your hand instead of letting you figure out where to go and what to do next.
    All in all after all the hype about this game I believe CD Projekt Red missed the boat big time on this game. Maybe instead of working on the day 1 patch for a year they should of gone back and rewrote the game instead.    … Expand

    A mediocre game that squanders its opportunity to bring something new to the table, resting on the laurels of success from The Witcher 3 and knowingly deceiving its userbase. An extremely juvenile presecence throughout that sacrifice depth for the lowest common demoninator of edge. Incredible to make a Cyberpunk game that manages to say nothing, content only to put the most surface levelA mediocre game that squanders its opportunity to bring something new to the table, resting on the laurels of success from The Witcher 3 and knowingly deceiving its userbase. Incredible to make a Cyberpunk game that manages to say nothing, content only to put the most surface level reads of themes into games. This is without touching on the absolute bug-ridden mess that it manages to be, somehow succeeding in beating even Bethesda when it comes to day-one jank. This alone would bring the score down but when met with repeat transphobia and dubious representation of minorities it's hard to see anything redeeming here. Every facet of the game fails to meet any form of bar from what we've come to expect over the past decade of games. Missions are shallow and monotonous. Barely any of the numeros stalls, shops and businesses are interactable with in any sense and the numerous promises of unique NPC's in this vast city fall completely flat.

    Słaba gra - zabugowana, wtórna, zaskakująco krótka, wydana zbyt szybko i nie spełniająca pokładanych nadziei. CD Projekt zrobił z Cyberbuga wielkie wydarzenie, postawił wszystko na promocję, aktora, bilbordy- tylko o dobrej grze "jakoś" zapomniał i wszyscy muszą się męczyć z tym czymś.     Unfinished. Needs another 2 Years. It's clear the positive feedback loop in MSM is saying this broken game deserves it's reception because the studios scam marketing team bought out a lot of influence. Such is the case of modern games industry, and such will continue being the case unless consumers wake up. Wake the f*ck up consoomer, we've got an Studio to stop supporting.

    It's time to wait to for that GTA 6 in 2025, because pretty clearly Rockstar Games is only company who knows how to make actual next-gen open world modern cities. Everyone else is either "just okay" as Ubisoft with Watch_Dogs (2014) or absolutely terrible as CdProjectred with Cyberpunk 2077.

    Totally overhyped, bugs make the game unplayable, fps drops even on my RTX 3090 and Intel i9-10980XE. I don't recommend buying

    NPC's in Cyberpunk 2077 are more dead than zombies in Resident Evil 2 Remake, because in RE2Remake zombies actually reacted when you went near them.

You don't need to listen Youtubers who are trying to tell you what games you need to play and what games suck. Cyberpunk is unfinished, boring and buggy. Whole city feels empty.     I'm not the kind of person who writes review but I really need to write one for this game.

    It's unfished, It really is. The current state of the game is absolutely unpolished and buggy, the requirements posted by CDPR is an absolute lie at this point (with the day 1 patch). Unless you have a RTX card you can barely play the game without lag spikes. DLSS for RTX cards are holding the    I'm not the kind of person who writes review but I really need to write one for this game.

Unless you have a RTX card you can barely play the game without lag spikes. DLSS for RTX cards are holding the frames above 60 (sometimes dropping to 50) so yes, the only "good" performance part of this game is made by Nvidia.

    Also, there's no AI in game, the driving NPC's are following a path. The cop AI is terrible, it just spawns nonstop right in front of your eyes. The city feels dead, if you jump in front of a car the NPC will just stare at you, braindead. Isn't this supposed to be night city? The city of Violence?.

    The gameplay has nothing special as well, just another shooter with some RPG mechanics.

    Graphics: I've seen so much better graphics with way better optimization.

    So apparently they decided to launch a beta version of the game for 60$ or they aimed for super high-end build only and lied about being able to play on current gen consoles and mid end PC's.

    The bugs, well. In 2 hours of gameplay there was so many bugs and issues with clipping, disappearing stuff, textures, T-posing and many others that I can't even list them all here.

    Unacceptable for a 60$ game and that's it. I asked for a refund and not going back untill it's all patched up, and I hope they do patch things up over the year.

    Edit: I had to change my score from 3 to 1 to counter the fanboys posting lies and desparate 10's to protect CDPR. Ok game with nothing special and terrible optmization and bugs, a true early beta game.    … Expand

    Una mala optimización en PS4. Muchos dicen que es un consola de 7 años, pero si fuera el caso no hubieran sacado. Me duele ver cómo mi Ps4 corre graficados como el Gow, Rdr2, Last of us 2 y esto lo corre forzado, un juego que lleva 6 años en desarrollo osea cuando venían saliendo las consolas. Me siento estafado con esta compra

    The entire cyberpunk world is dull. NPC treats you like a ghost, AI in the game is horrible. Bugs, glitches and performance can always be fixed, but the content and features are lacking so much, I hope they don't move on and start making another game before adding more post-game contents. This really feels like an early access game with little content aside from missions after missions.

    The game released in a near unplayable state. I've experienced at least 20 different bugs. From T-posing npcs to clipping grass over to a d*ck hanging out of someones pants. Apart from the bugs it runs terrible aswell; i installed the latest GPU driver and still barely manage to get over 45fps on a 3070. Yikes.

    7 years for this?

It is just a short cinematic in fact!), quests, skill system, stealth, melee and fire combat, characters, even the world itself! CDPR, did you know that on the lore of cyberpunk, Night city never sleeps? It have to be flooded by people and punks, but all I see is empty streets and two cars on a long road. Did you know, that Night city is a city of rock? Johnny Silverhand was the most popular rock band player, when he was alive. All I see is silly dumb electronic-poop music (really, there could be much better soundtrack!) and A BIG BUNCH OF POPULAR RAP **** IN THE MISSIONS. On your mind, cyberpunk is a city of rap **** bunch of fat feminists and SJW with a black in a pink dress on every street? Sorry, this **** I can see already in 2020. The game is not about cyberpunk, and not a "game", in fact. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAME, at least until CDPR redevelops it almost entirely.… Expand

    It doesn't matter if they fix bugs or not, this game is still amateurish trash at best. Open-world is empty and lifeless. One of the worst npc's i have seen in any open-world game ever. This game makes Watch_Dogs (2014) look like game of the year and now that i think about it, it wasn't even that bad, specially compared to Cybertrash2077.

    I tried to focus on story - but just can't. Game is not allowing me to because glitches are everywhere. I waited for this game for a long time. Im very dissapointed.

    Game should be delayed for another 8 (?) years.

    0/10 - its unplayable

    We need a Cyberpunk 2.0, because THIS is unplayable.

Если судить сколько примерно отвалил за покупку пк (цена 1800 евра), в таком состоянии ужасная не рекомендую к приобретении, даже если у кого-то 3 поколение rtx nvidia, лучше подождать пока ее хотя бы не много исправят. Лично для себя куплю только со скидкой примерно в 80%.… Expand

    God the writing in this game is trash and the first 5 hours of this game are legit more on rails than some of the Tlou2 sections. And on top of that the game barely gets consistent frame rate unless you have a GPU that has dlss. **** this piece of **** game. Talk talk talk talk, and the gameplay is nothing special

    Except for bugs, the completeness of this game is very low. The most hopeless thing is the enemy's AI and player character's motion. In addition, the overall level of perfection of the game, such as lifeless subquests and absurd levels of optimization, has gone through an eight-year development period. However, thanks to the scenario of Mainquest, it is worth playing for a while.

    Cyberpunk 2077 is no win for anyone. This game is unfinished, buggy and empty. "Doom" (1993), "Resident Evil 4" (2005) and "GTA IV" (2008) were some of the biggest revolutions in history of video games, Cyberpunk 2077 will be forgotten by summer 2021 when some new "cool" game will be hyped up.

    Shame on you CDPR! I've been looking forward to this game for years and then you crushed my dreams with this unplayable mess. I guess the the upside to this whole thing is that it only took 20 minutes to get a full refund from Microsoft. Don't by this game unless you have a 5k$ computer to run it on. Peace

    Прокачка. Поломанная до безобразия. Куча бесполезных навыков, складывается впечатление, что было добавлено куча механик, но реализовать их просто не успели, тем самым испортив абсолютно весь геймплей. Бесполезные ножи, бесполезные клинки, эти вещи в придачу с анимациями боя не доставляют никакого удовольствия, на это даже противно смотреть. Зачем нужно было ограничивать перки характеристикой если перки абсолютно не сочетаются друг с другом и меня игра просто ограничивает в выборе тех самых перков.
    Мир - декорация. Абсолютно пустой мир до той самой поры, пока не берешь нужную миссию. Куча объектов придумано просто чтобы было. Реализация хваленой вертикальности ничем не отличается от аналогичных объектов. Её больше рекламировали, чем реализовали в игре.
    Подводя итог, хочу отметить такую вещь. Игра хорошая, квесты просто бомба, сюжет, все отлично. Но погружению мешает все вышеперечисленное. Игра пытается быть открытым миром, но все факты линейности на лицо. Ограничения во всем и везде. Я 3 раза удалял все сохранения и начинал игру заново, потому что игра приводила меня в тупик. Я не понимал, как мне её нужно исследовать, что качать.
    Игра требует немедленных фиксов, иначе это будет полный провал.

    Extremely overhyped average video game that was in development over 7 years. Open world is empty and lifeless, not recommending. This not this "true next-gen experience" that they literally lied about in final trailer. It's just extremely buggy average open world and nothing else.

Unresponsive and lifeless NPCs. Poorly implemented and inconstant lights and shadows. When dialing the Radio, it constantly freezes the game for a moment. Slow and unpolished menus. Bad implemented audio, like for example: when entering/exiting a car, the radio sounds are at 1 or 0, no realistic transition of sound.
    Cars that pop up glitching with the floor, other cars or NPCs. NPCs that spawn in the middle of the road, frozen, or going through the ambient/cars. A lot of other stuff, that others are posting everywhere and I can't remember right now.

    Now lets talk about graphics. I know that in a base PS4, it would be realistic to assume that graphics should not be like new gen, but man, its awful:
    Poor, blurry and glitchy textures. Blurry textures on buildings on very close fow. Panoramic views that relies on fog to not show long shots, and even then some surfaces bugs.
    And blaming the consoles is simply laziness.
    This is the same hardware that GTA V, Red Dead 2, Death Stranding, Last of Us 2, God of War, Ghost of Tsushima and other open world games were competent. Even Fallout 4 and Mafia 3 looks better, by a long shot.

    I will not refund, expecting that in a year or two, the game that was marketed as revolutionary arrives. But right now, this game is my biggest disapointment in games. I do not recommend buying at the moment.

    Even though the game world seems to be amazing and its main story immersive this game is unplayable beyond compare because of its bugs and poor optimalization. There are no words that can describe the irritation that this game gives you when you play it. It's funny that so many aspects of ir are not finished and mamy of them are worst than in games from around 5-l (or even 10) years ago.

    Where do I even begin with this game. I have pretty high spec PC with a 1080ti graphics card and the game would crash in the same at least 20 times. It was so bad that I couldn't progress at all in the game and I ended up just decided to get a refund

    Физика машин уровня ватч догс. На них просто не приятно ездить и у миникарты слишком большое приближение так что когда ты ездишь можешь на изи пропустить поворот. В гта 5 машины были сделаны намного лучше и ездить на них в разы приятнее.
    Редактор персонажа хуже чем в дарк соулсе. Ни выбора ширины плечь, ни выбора телосложение . Зато можно настроить член.
    Русская озвучка очень плохая. Куча мата который просто ни к месту. Он во многих ситуациях просто не нужен. Как будто слушаешь первоклассников которые матерятся просто чтоб матерится.
    Кароч мне игра вообще не понравилась и покупать по крайней мере сейчас(из-за кучи багов) я не советую.    … Expand

    When initially creating my character it was grainy/blurry, and I was confused as I have a 5800X/3080. In game it was the same situation - grainy and blurry textures with subpar FPS.. Then in the first hour of gameplay I had multiple bugs and npc glitches that I feel are completely unacceptable for a game that’s been in “development” for 8 years (cops randomly and choppily appeared in cars on the arrest cut scene out of nowhere, npc lips not synced with dialog.. Even got stuck reloading the combat training simulator multiple times due to the red guy bugging out where I cannot kill him because he was floating over invisible tiles out of reach). This annoyed me enough to nope on out and refund my game via steam. To be quite frank I’m astonished that this game was released in this state.. You can tell this game was forced out to catch the Christmas sales crowd which just rubs me wrong as a consumer. Overall, I feel like I’ve been “Cyberpunked” purchasing this game. Now I’m just waiting for Ashton Kutcher to pop up to verify this.. At least I got my $60 bucks back!    … Expand

    The biggest thing is the way the LONG opening quest taunts you with the ability to drive the car:

    After a long cutscene sequence that seems you gain partial, railroaded, dialogue control in a car in a parking garage. The tutorial for combat is offered. After the tutorial you GET OUT OF THE CAR to go shoot a bunch of dudes. When that's done you go back to the car and your npc companion asks if he can borrow it for a date - no option to refuse is offered - he drives while you ride passenger (and lean out the window to shoot some van chasing yeah that's cool and all but it's not a DECISION it's a MANDATE.) Railroaded back and then the next quest has you walking to your destination, I refunded at this point.

    All the dialogue options are just ways to say the same thing a different way or make the cutscene take longer - no actual decisions in the parts I played. No agency for even trivial things like drive/ride rat on your partner/don't rat and get it beaten out of you, easy stuff to do. Graphics are not what was represented on the trailer, at least not with default or easily tweaked settings (running on GTX 1080Ti, maybe I'm behind the times but I doubt it).    … Expand

Открытый мир просто кошмарный, анимация убогая и деревянная, а искусственныйCyberpunk 2077 на пару с TGA поставили жирнющую точку над игровой индустрией в 2020 году. Уровень графики не дотягивает до 2013 года, лишь перенасыщенность эффектов создаёт иллюзию высокотехнологичной графики. Сюжет, в целом интересный и затягивающий, но баги в напряжённые моменты просто вызывают смех и выбивают вас из погружения в игровой процесс. Пройти удастся не каждому, ибо с ростом проведенного в игре времени учащаются вылеты и количество багов растет в геометрической прогрессии. Вердикт: не тратьте свои деньги и время, нам остаётся только ждать в лучшем случае год, а то и больше,когда игра станет похожа на игру и будет приносить удовольствие, а не зуд и раздражение в одном известном месте.… Expand

    1-Story:
    Not gonna spoil, but a certain turn of events clears the air about what "it's about saving yourself" means, and pretty quickly. Maybe too quickly. As "too quickly" as the game tried to forced us to care about certain characters, by simply throwing a 2 minutes montage at us. Dialogues feel like a mere excuse to make JALI shine, and the whole plot (including a few plot holes) feel rather lackluster;

    2-Gameplay:
    If you are a controller type of gamer like me, you'll prolly be very disappointed. I'm not really sure what "Aim Assist" means in the game settings, but it certainly does not help with aiming, which remains a torture. Driving would deserve a chapter of its own, but let's say that at the time of this review, most of the cars felt like old muscle cars with 0 handling and poor braking power. At some point I've decided to simply fast travel to destination(s).
    Hacking and other mechanics don't bring anything new to the table, while stealth sessions are probably the most frustrating: your companion typically screws them all, by following you like a drunk hobo trying to walk a straight line while you're trying to surgically sneak past enemies.
    Speaking of drunk hobos: Melee combat. Seriously, I'm well past my 40s (and I went through a 30-ish rather long gaming "career") but I was yet to see anything as terrible as this. Not even 4D Sports Boxing on the Amiga 500 felt as terrible (and I'm talking about a game from 1991). Enemies benefit from some sort of perks that I wish to have, because they manage to deal damage through your "blocks", and somehow even get to hit you even while swinging in an entirely different direction.
    I'm giving gameplay 1 point because it is so bad it brought me memories of what gaming felt like in the 80s/90s: Nostalgia point.

    3-Graphics:
    I'd say the only 2 things that shine in this department are Night City and npcs Mo-Cap.
    The city actually has the cyberpunk looks, even tho they just remain "looks". The so much anticipated (sexy) private shows are mere cosmetics *coff* baits *coff*: that felt rather depriving, for an heavily sexualized city as a cyberpunk city should be. Not to mention food kiosks, where you can't order anything (anti-covid restrictions?)
    However, the sprawling metropolis is not flawless either, and you will notice it pretty quickly as npcs vehicles take incredibly sharp turns, and crowds frequently spawn/despawn, or bump into each other like mindless zombies (was that the reason why crowd density got nerfed?).
    Dead npcs look like ragdolls from a 2004 game. They just unnaturally lie on the ground, legs often bent as if they were broken.
    Npcs Mo-cap is top notch. Unfortunately, that alone is not enough to save the "Graphics" day.

    4-Audio:
    Music is top notch, and in general, the whole environment features plenty of happy little audio details that cyberpunk fans are likely to appreciate (like the "walk"/don't walk" from Blade Runner).

    5-Technical (AI):
    As I mentioned above, there's still lot to do in this department. Just one example out of many: I've accidentally shot a few rounds of my assault rifle and everyone around me ran away, in panic. Some of them remained out of my apartment door, crouching in fear, for days.

    Conclusions:
    Guess this what happens when you let people who managed to sink a franchise as successful as Mass Effect on board. Or maybe, that's what happens when you pump hype to the roof. Not gonna lie, if this was a game I learned about just a few months ago, I'd prolly gave it 6 or 7/10. But the hype that came with it -and the continuous delays- raised the bar of my expectations to the point I couldn't avoid calling cdpr out on this.
    That said, I'd like to think we should stay positive about the future: The Witcher 3 suffered from a very similar "troubled launch", and they managed to turn it into a milestone. I don't see a reason why Cyberpunk 2077 shouldn't face a similar fate.    … Expand

    Purchased for PS4: 1 day after release. Joyfully tore open the plastic wrapper on the game, popped it in my console, downloaded the day 1 patch, booted up the game, started a new save, and created my character.     Satisfied with the hour I spent customizing my character, I load into the game. My character is talking, yet all I see it “Visual Asset Not Found” strewn across my vision?

    I pan from left to right and can make out that I’m in a bathroom, talking into a black abyss with floating words.

    Immediately knew something was wrong, and pulled up the start of my life path on YouTube. That “Visual Asset” that was not found was a mirror. The game couldn’t even load in the beginning “cut scene” mirror.

    Rushed buggy mess. Avoid at all costs until a major patching is implemented. Take your refunds any way you can get them. Amazon, Microsoft and Sony are all issuing refunds.    … Expand

    The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
