    Francamente es un juego malísimo, y no porque a simple vista parece un juego de acción frenética y luego no lo es, que es lo que a todos nos llamó la atención de este juego (junto al pixel art llamativo de cualquier juego de Devolver Digital), el ser el monstruo en vez de pelear contra ellos.

    Es un juego de puzzles 90% y 10% acción, los puzzles son directamente malos, no suponen un    Francamente es un juego malísimo, y no porque a simple vista parece un juego de acción frenética y luego no lo es, que es lo que a todos nos llamó la atención de este juego (junto al pixel art llamativo de cualquier juego de Devolver Digital), el ser el monstruo en vez de pelear contra ellos.

    Es un juego de puzzles 90% y 10% acción, los puzzles son directamente malos, no suponen un desafío para nadie con mas de 5 años, de verdad, no hace falta fijarse en el entorno ni darle 2 vueltas a nada, todo el juego se basa en ir de un lado a otro encendiendo interruptores y todos son totalmente obvios. Y la parte de la acción aparte de ser casi inexistente es malísima, tampoco nada supone un desafío, es azar puro. A veces entras a una habitación donde solo hay idiotas gritando que no pueden atacar y otras hay algunos con armas, te mueves sin sentido de un lado a otro de la pantalla (porque eres una masa gigante que apenas se controla) y les zarandeas (o no les consigues enganchar no sabes bien por qué y te matan y vuelta a empezar) y punto, eso es todo. Ningún jefe final ni nada emocionante, no mejora en ninguna parte del juego, todas las habilidades que vas desbloqueando son para pasar por sitios por donde antes no podías pasar y hacer mas putos puzzles malos, porque si los puzzles no fuesen tan terriblemente dificiles de llamar puzzles de lo simples que son... En fin, una brutal decepción, por lo menos es malo y dura como 3 horas, no te roba 20 de tu vida.    … Expand

    Auf einigen Systemen überschreiben, nicht vorhandene X-Box Controller die Maus + Keyboard Steuerung, in diesem Zustand ist das Spiel für manche unspielbar.

    Убивать жалких людишек оказалось не так весело, как думалось поначалу. 8-битная (или сколько там 16-32 мб) графика, всё какое то темное и мрачное, но изза графона в квадратиках на хоррор как то не тянет - не очень квадратная кровь и прямоугольные кишки, так сказать, ужасают.     Very quickly this game just becomes, solve simple puzzles, blood and guts and wandering around aimlessly.

    The joy of watching this wild tangle of pixel art tentacles, organs, and flesh (and listening to the sounds of humans being devoured) alone makes this game worthwhile. If, just like me, you always root for the bad guy, Carrion’s gameplay can be immensely satisfying. [10/2020, p.54]

    Carrion has a handful of annoying shortcomings, but it perfectly depicts everyday life of a scary alien creature from a horror movie, and that’s a monumental achievement by itself.
