    Coming from WW2 to this is taking a little adjustment. But man this game is fun. The leveling system for weapons is awesome. I play with a group of buddies and we just have fun slaying/dying/doing stupid **** It’s been out a day and a ton of people will hate on it but we are having a blast. Try survival it’s awesome.     Stop complaining about Russians, it's just a game and I like it a lot. It's greatly optimized, MP is much better than BF V. If you die, you respawn almost instantly. Variety of weapons and the game reminds me old Modern Warfare. I really recommend this game even though the campaign is very short. I finished it in 5-6 hours, but there is MP and Co-op.

    Pretend the original game is 10 out of 10.
    Poor optimization for old components like GTX 10 and 9 series card -1 (More than 2 of my friends met the problems of sudden dropping frame, not responding blah blah blah, even with 1080). Instant changing of playstyle environment -1

    One of the best Call of Duty of all time: Insane graphics, dynamic movement, ballistics, etc. It's a masterpiece.

    Infinity Ward did really well with this one, the combat system is really well-made, a new engine that changed everything. Despite some flaws like Survival exclusive to PS4. The introductions of the new game modes, bring variety to the Multiplayer. The gun customization    One of the best Call of Duty of all time: Insane graphics, dynamic movement, ballistics, etc. It's a masterpiece.

    Ну здравствуй россия я игрок из России и не вполне понравилась компания. Какая разница из какой страны будет антагонист и каким образом это относится к реальному миру. Игра есть игра не нужно относиться к ней как в реальности, а то россиия это как феменистки пока не тронут молчат, а как где то мелькнет начинает все разрывать и метать и доказывать всем свою точку зрения.Ну здравствуй россия я игрок из России и не вполне понравилась компания.     I read some of the Critic's reviews and I hate to see that once again a Game is judged on political/ideological basis rather than entertainment value/mechanics. Even on those grounds the judgement is passed from a third party perspective rather than what the game portrays, which is the first person perspective of front line soldiers.

    Like it or not, the soldiers don't chose to go where they're sent or do or so much as ponder in depth the reasons/moral high ground of what they're doing because it's not really for the to do so, The burden is on the political class and the people who elect them who decide when and how to use the military. The military being an extension(tool) of foreign policy by other means and if you trust that system, then you must believe that whet they're ordering you to do is the right thing. And when placed in that position it is important to believe in what you're doing is the right thing and not overthink the reality of a situation. That sometimes comes afterwards and people come to different conclusions....denying the reality is also a good way of coping/living with what what you did or had to do when others put you in a situation over which you have no control. War is a dirty business that we try and keep clean and glorify because it's the only way to keep going.
    In terms of the Game devs....they have to pick the side where the game will make the most sales and provide them with an unambiguous feel good factor. Can you imagine the outcry if they showed a drone strike hitting the wrong target killing a bunch of kids? A wrongly identified Hospital in Afghanistan getting bombed by US forces? I mean you'd be alienating all your audience (the part of the audience who for some reason takes a game as being more than just...a game and confuse it for real world) instead of just the ones you chose in your scenario as the Bad guys.
    Ultimately, that's why you should never confuse games with reality and the obsession of Game critics these days to do so, drives the Devs and audiences to do so and it's only ever a bad thing    … Expand

    Its funny how amazing this game is but people can't seem to adjust. Infinity Ward did amazing on this game. But people are so brain dead they can't actually change how they play. Don't like campers? Play the game-mode that only has Rust, Shipment, and Shoothouse. Those are all great maps and no one camps. I have really only played that and its been a blast. Yes the old maps aren't greatIts funny how amazing this game is but people can't seem to adjust. Infinity Ward did amazing on this game.     First off...I loathe Activision as much as the next person. I feel the company and CEO have destroyed a number of brands such as BO, anything Blizzard..but I digress...

    This is by far the best first person shooter since Siege. In fact, I would say with some bug tweaks and further enhancement, this is Siege on steroids. I have played more hours on this game than anything else in the    First off...I loathe Activision as much as the next person.     This is by far the best first person shooter since Siege. In fact, I would say with some bug tweaks and further enhancement, this is Siege on steroids. I have played more hours on this game than anything else in the past 12 months. The graphics are amazing with ray tracing on 2070 and the sound is amazingly immersive. Multi, coop, and single are all fantastic.

    As far as negative..very few: 1. Shotguns are OP (hopefully fixed) 2. Friends and family with various AMD cards keep crashing 3. Updating of graphics takes for ever..you'll see what I mean.

    I realize that the story line may offend many. But, this just in...there is no group outside tree-huggers, eco-terrorists, vegans, and clowns, that have not been used, abused and stereotyped in COD games. The list of enemies spans every continent and business as well as dirty Black Ops themselves. So, suggest taking a chill pill and enjoying the game. Let's hope the next iteration includes eco-terrorists and clowns...    … Expand

    There are only 2 down parts to this game,

    2. it's stuck on battle.net which on day 1 the servers couldn't handle people and because it was on battle.net there are some troublesome glitches that tend to happen plus the fact you can't play offline.

    other than those this game is going to get praise from me for bringing back the single-player campaign, i am VERY pleased with this as it makes this game worth the money you pay instead of a cruddy multiplayer only game *cough* black ops 4 *cough*

    the multiplayer in this game is well handled as well, even if a few maps are abit too big for certain game types i enjoy knocking down doors and running through buildings like battlefield used to have.

    My honest opinion is i hope Treyarch learn from this and include single-player campaigns from now on as this is the best cod we have had for at LEAST 2 years, all the people saying it's the worst game of the year and such REALLY need to take in the old modern warfare games that they love so much and take a second look.    … Expand

    Game was awesome. Very good soft Reboot. But single player was controversial. Russians in this game looks like hard villains and this is not much wrong. I am russian but i don't want hate this game because it's comeback to good road for COD series. New gamemods looks awesome, and i finaly buing COD instead of BF. thank you Infinity ward but in next game we want to see plot without: BaDGame was awesome. Very good soft Reboot.     Multi is fun and good, the servers ok too. This is one of the best Call of Duty game. Or... the best (?)?

This is an amazing game and the single player campaign is second to none (I can't speak yet for multiplayer so will update later once I am done with the single player campaign). Amazing graphics and atmosphere not to mention low load times. I haven't played COD for years and been a long time Battlefield fan. Glad I am back for this. Now to see how the MPEVERYONE, IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS!     Na nové Call of Duty jsem se velice těšil. Z trailerů to vypadalo dobře a sám jsem si mohl zkusit uzavřenou betu. Beta mé očekávání ještě zdvojnásobila. Nemám rád moc rushování na nepřátele, za to mám radši taktičtější pojetí hry. Toto multiplayer splňoval.
    Hra vyšla 25. října společně s hrou Medievil a The Outer Worlds. Hru Call of Duty jsem si předobjednal a stejně jsem udělal s hrou Medievil, kterou jsem si také předobjednal, ale o Medievilu budu psát v jiné recenzi.
    Příběh jsem hrál na těžší obtížnost a hru jsem pokořil za 7 hodin. Pokořil bych ji i rychleji, ale hodně jsem se díval po okolí a prozkoumával prostředí.
    Hra se na počítačích nachází na ne moc dobrém místě… Battle.net, který má za sebou spoustu problémů a hodně jsem se bál o optimalizaci samotné hry. A v podstatě i Battle.netu. Nakonec hra jela skvěle. Až na jednu drobnost.
    Filmečky se lehce sekali, i když mi hra dosahovala až 80 FPS na Ultra detaily. Každá cutscéna se pokaždé v polovině zasekla a musel jsem čekat někdy až 5 minut, než se zase rozjela. To mi bohužel kazilo dojem ze samotné hry. Po druhém projetí hry se cutscény nesekaly.
    Gameplay je velice zajímavý a mě osobně sednul. Zbraně se chovají jinak než v dřívějších Codkách.
    Graficky hra vypadá neuvěřitelně a asi nejlépe za poslední dekádu her.
    Teď je ale čas na to nejdůležitější. Hodnocení příběhu.
    Call of Duty Modern Warfare přebírá postavy z trilogie Modern Warfare a je to nový začátek velké videoherní série Modern Warfare. Hraní se střídá mezi Alexe, Kyla a Farah. Mě se nejvíce líbila postava Alexe. Příběh se zaměřuje na konflikt Ruských jednotek, Amerických a v zásadě se jedná také o teroristy. Ruské jednotky v čele s Barkovem vytvořili nebezpečné kanystry plynů. Musíte Barkova zastavit a zachovat tak na Zemi pořádek. Kapitán Price si do svého týmu vzal Seržanta Kyla, Alexe a později i Farah. (Nebudu tady psát jednotlivé mise, jelikož vám nechci říct důležité spoilery). Moje nejoblíbenější mise je Clean House, protože jak jsem již psal, mám radši taktičtější pojetí hry. Příběh je emotivní a přesně takhle jsem si představoval začátek staronové trilogie. 10/10

    Multiplayer není špatný, ale mapy jsou udělány, tak abyste čupěly v rohu a čekaly na nepřítele. Hodně mě bavil mód gunfight, což jsou zápasy 2v2. Nejvíce jinak hraji Team Deathmatch. Nejvíce mě štve systém hledání zápasů. Já jakožto level 19 hraji s hráči, kteří mají level 70. Bohužel každý zápas to vyhledá ty největší nerdy, kteří to hrají 3 dny v kuse a já pak chytám nerva nad tím, že mě pokaždé zabije silnější zbraní. Neříkám, že bych měl pořád vyhrávat, ale takhle mě ten mulťák nebaví a musím hrát akorát 2v2, kde mi to stejně vyhledá hráče, který má 3x větší level než já. Toto kazí celý zážitek z multiplayeru. Měli by využít systém hledání zápasu, něco jako je v CS:GO. Kdy silveři hrají se silverama a goldi s goldama. 7/10 jen díky taktičtějšího pojetí a dobrých módů.

    Coop je zajímavý, ale naprosto těžký a pokud nemáte kamarády, kteří si hru zakoupili za neskutečnou částku 1500 Kč, tak vás to prostě a jednoduše bavit nebude. Mě osobně coop baví a ještě lepší je, že coop navazuje na Singleplayer. 8/10    … Expand

    It was frustrating waiting for the server to work at first, then the matchmaking was so instantly when the server was working! Voice chat is back bois! Also haven't played the campaign but I'm sure it will be visually stunning.

    - Overall, this game is call of duty. After a long break I've taken from the series, coming back to this is refreshing. W/o trying to chase nostalgia, this game has what I believe most of us were looking for from a new installment of cod.

    - No lootboxes... yet.

Ground War is a take on Battlefield that works pretty well. All the standard multiplayer modes are here with tons of weapons and tons of progression for every character, ability, loadout, weapon, etc. The campaign is shock and aweIgnore the review bombs.     Мне новая часть CoD понравилась. Не без недочетов конечно, но все же - твердая 9/10. Сюжет не самый лучший в серии, но определенно заслуживает внимания. Мультиплеер в игре шикарный. А самое главное - нет долбанных микротранзакций. :) Весь контент в игре бесплатный и зарабатывается по мере выполнения определенных заданий.

Не пройдя игры, вы оценили её на основе мнения "любимого" стримера (не это ли деградация нашего общества - не иметь своего мнения :)). Где-то ниже есть отзыв - краткий пересказ сюжета наших СМИ. Это еще больше убеждает в том, что люди, ставящие нули, не прошли игру.

    Мне максимально смешно читать комментарии людей, которые обвиняют Activision в руссофобии, т.к они берут вымышленную истории и накладывают на реальную ситуацию в Сирии. Таких людей я бы назвал не компетентными и не далекими, они видимо забыли, что такое moderen warfare, а если говорить обо всей этой ситуацией, то мне это напоминает 2009г, когда вышла MW2, тогда люди тоже рвали и метали отМне максимально смешно читать комментарии людей, которые обвиняют Activision в руссофобии, т.к они берут вымышленную истории и накладывают на реальную ситуацию в Сирии.     I am a casual gamer. This game is a huge success. There is only one factor making this game so bad. Russians( not in game )!!!
    Their reviews are not real. There were games like Mw2 or Mw3 and they all (Russians)played them and didn’t argue. But why now?
    I’ll repeat again only bad reviews make this game bad nothing else. Game is wonderful!!!

Okay so there's a lot of talk about the demonizing of Russian soldiers, first off they're not Russian soldiers, they are an extremist mercenary group led by a rogue general. Secondly they are not the only ones in the campaign that are shed in a bad light and the game is not as black and white as people make it out to be. Thirdly the co op mode goes into more detail on the campaign and you can see a different perspective. lastly, Modern Warfare inst a game that always makes Russians seem like the bad guys. remember shepherd? yeah he was an american who betrayed his country and this was in a *modern warfare* game. (I know i said lastly but i wanna talk about the multiplayer) it is fun as f**k! honestly one of the best cod experiences in a long while, the time to kill actually adds a level of realism and makes you think much like the old hardcore modes of black ops and the amount of content is amazing, the maps are fun, and ground war reminded me of WaW and i hope they continue experimenting with adding vehicles to CoD games.… Expand

    Folks, this game is a fictional one. Reviewers should not be doing political blackmailing on a video game. A video game that is fictional and has no obligation to stick wholly to the actual event in term of what happened. The game is good, pretty decent multiplayer and the campaign was entertaining and interesting. Should be a game that CoD fans will like, and average gamers will also enjoy it.

The campaign / story mode is full of old returning characters like Cpt. „John“ Price, Kyle „Gaz“ Garrick, John „Soap“ MacTavish as well as Simon „Ghost“ Riley, Sgt. Griggs, Gen. Shepherd, Nikolai, Sgt. Kamarov and Kaled Al-Asad. But there are also many new characters that you get to know in the course of the campaign. The campaign is not only about shooting, sometimes you get other tasks. For example, you play a child in a campaign mission and have to hide from a russian soldier. It mostly takes place in the fictional state of Urzikstan. I won't spoil anything or go further into detail. The only thing I can say is, that the campaign is worth the while. The multiplayer is fun, there are still some problems with it. The multiplayer is full of old game modes and also some new like Gunfight, a 2v2 game mode similar to TDM. Ground War is a 32v32 multiplayer game mode with vehicles, very Battlefield like and chaotic. Vehicle controls in Ground War are bad. The downsight to multiplayer is that it's full of campers. And then there's koop. There you can find the Spec Ops missions. These missions are very challenging even with three other players. Sometimes the game crashed. All in all I had a great experience. The game is very well made, I can recommend it.

    Firstly I would like to say that I hate supporting Activision and Blizzard because of recent events but not enough to not play the game and I still want to support Infinity ward.

    With that aside id like to say that this game feels like a really solid game and it has the potential to pull call of duty back into main stream. it has great mechanics that make call of duty what it is and infinity ward did great with it. It has great customisation and they’re heading in the right direction with the complexity of gun attachments, allowing cross play and giving the community game modes they want like ground war and gunfight. Obviously theres things wrong with the game but some of the community are basically saying its unplayable atm which is complete bs. Ive been playing league for the last 2 years so ive had no experience with aim, etc and im only lvl 24.... yet i use the mp5 and have a positive kd and finish top of the leaderboard a lot. Maybe im just lucky or whatever but it feels like the majority of the people saying its unplayable and too hard are just not good at COD Or cant adapt well. Like r u used to call of duty???? Theres always a*ds things killing u ,thats call of duty , you have to learn how to play against it. Obviously there are things that need to be patched, 725 range change, fix claymores, some spawns need changes, mini map changed back too normal and a slight m4 nerf. Why are we so focused on this though? Activision finally give us a good call of duty and all this subreddit is is complaining and complaining. Like yeah the devs need to hear whats wrong rn, BUT WHY ARENT WE CELEBRATING???? Finally we have a COD the community wants and the pc support and crossplay is great since a lot of us have grown up and moved to pc. One thing I would really like to see is a ranked becoming more popular in COD. League has had such success because of esports. COD has a massive fanbase so activision should really push esports and twitch. My only major problem ive had is that my game has been lagging ( I have a gtx 1070, easily should run COD)ive had to turn all setting to low and go into my computer properties to help more with the lag. How the f*ck does a ps4 run a game better than a computer with a gtx 1070 intel-i5 8th gen cpu and an ssd its bu11sh1t i cant even use my 144hz moniter cos it crashed when i tried to use it at 144hz. If any of u on pc can help that would be much appreciated.

    I didn't really plan on playing this game as the previous games have been so far from the greats (COD2, COD4, MW, MW2). I was really surprised that this one actually feels like if the old great ones were made today. Great singleplayer and multiplayer. I don't care too much for co-op and spec-ops. Warzone was also a great addition to this universe. The singleplayer do have some stupidI didn't really plan on playing this game as the previous games have been so far from the greats (COD2, COD4, MW, MW2). In august 2020 i jumped into warzone and really liked it even so as due to the lack of experience i was sucking a lot. In October 2021 i decided to get myself a base game (with a discount obviously) and almost instantly regretted... not buying it at launch even without discount. Despite of the fact thatFirst of all, I never played COD games before and just overall was not very into FPS. In august 2020 i jumped into warzone and really liked it even so as due to the lack of experience i was sucking a lot. In October 2021 i decided to get myself a base game (with a discount obviously) and almost instantly regretted... not buying it at launch even without discount. Despite of the fact that game lobbies are not that populated today especially after the release of Vanguard it still does not take a lot of time to find a match and just overall it is not a very big issue (at least yet). As for the campaign...well... i liked it (not going to leave my comment about the Russians thing as i have my own opinion on that matter that should not reflect here).
    Overall this is great game with stunning visuals, sounds and just amazing animations.

    Was definitely sure about my score for it being positive and considering that this one is definitely not perfect (which takes out 10), between 8 and 9 i am stopping on the second one    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. After many years of incompetent yearly releases, it seems they finally got it right. Here are my favorite 5 improvements:

    1- Best campaign in many years, probably since MW2. More about it below.
    2- Cross-play! Now I can finally use my controller on PC without getting rektd (I grew up playing this game with a controller, Master Race).
    3- The monetizing system does away with the loot boxes, and map packs to split the player base mid-year.
    4- Ground War mode, the best thing from Battlefield (after destructible environments) with a Call of Duty feel.
    5- Spec Ops brings back the hardcore co-op play, missing since MW2 and MW3. A nice breather from the tired zombies.

    Now, you have probably read Glavset trolls on this site, taking a break from campaigning for Trump, to review-bomb this game. Yes, the campaign packs a punch. Potential spoiler: Since it's a reboot, the possibility of many old characters from the series to return is real.

    The reward system is very grindy, but again, fair. It makes it very tempting to pay up, until I'm reminded I'm investing all this money in a game that will be unceremoniously replaced next year (the yearly games is the one thing they still need to work on).

    If you're like me, a former player of Call of Duty in their glory days of Modern Warfare 1, 2 and 3, who stopped playing years ago, you may want to give this game a chance.    … Expand

    Infinity Ward is back at it again, but this time they won't see a "failed" product in their special "eyes" since they added cross-platform play. So no matter what system you're playing on, players will still be playing the game. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) at the time of this review isn't on Steam, it features a Battle Pass (coming at a later date), no loot boxes (but it's Activision so it will probably come at a later date), microtransactions with COD Points and on top of all this mess, PC and Xbox One players can't play 16% of the game for 1 year because of Sony and Activision's deal. With this deal, that means by the time the next Call of Duty game is out next year, you'll be able to this the 16% of the game you missed out on. So instead of selling us a $40 or $50 title game with the amount of content Activision is selling us, they're making PC and Xbox One players pay the full $60 with the game not even featuring all the content. Go figure, thank you Activision (I'm being sarcastic).

    Don't get me wrong, even though they rebooted this series, I can't disprove the fact that if you cut all the BS from this game, from locked content deals to lootboxes (Activision will most likely push to update later on in the months), Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) is a pretty good game. It's fun, no double-jumping, jetpacks and no more WW1/WW2 era setting anymore. Modern Warfare has fantastic single-player cut-scenes, multiplayer starter cut-scenes are pretty cool, something I wish Rainbow Six: Siege had, the customization on your PC to have any specific settings you want is amazing and the game is truly optimized, like Destiny 2 optimized which is pretty crazy.

    Performance-wise, I ran this game on a 3900X with a 1070 and it runs smooth like cutting butter. Looks and feels so good. Would it be too soon to say, Call of Duty is finally back?

    In the end, you aren't missing out on much, if Infinity Ward one day throws the hammer down at Activision and it comes to Steam, buy it if it goes on sale. At the moment, it's not worth $60 nor playing or downloading the Blizzard client for one game. Modern Warfare will never be Modern Warfare though, Infinity Ward will never replicate Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 again just because the greed of Activision, Activision ruined Infinity Ward, Sledgehammer Games and Treyarch. Thankfully I didn't spend the $60 on this game, my job did.    … Expand

But let me tell you something , i haven't seen more stupid and meaningless death then the one Activision did to Alex. I mean... Damn... Really? They killed Barkov and everyone else, but they can't wait a bit to Alex can get out(or help him) and only then blow up everything? Scenarists wrote this only because they think this is the only way to impress us or what? ... Oh i get it, its a gray-gray morale game and there can be no happy ending in here... Nice, nice. Cool logic. Ok. But the rest of the game was good: cool grafic disign, sound, interesting missions, and i liked new multiplayer.     You know you're doing something right if the russian troll farms have been sicced on you. Campaign is exceptional if a bit short. I'm really loving the move towards Rainbow Six style close quarters tactical realism, even if it is in a "lite" form. The gunplay, weapon handling, movement etc. all feel really fluid & polished.

    Ignore the 0s. They're just from Russians that are mad that the main terrorist group in this campaign happens to be Russian. Overall good shooter with a great and grounded campaign. Free DLC and no micro-transaction BS. The multiplayer online is significantly smoother than BO4. Solid response times. Hopefully they continue this trend of grounded, gritty, micro-transactionless gaming.

    Campaign: The black sheep of the user reviews, but I chose to believe this comes from people who didn't actually pay attention to the game, it surely is controversial, but saying that the whole point of the game is "Russia bad" is absolute nonsense, hell, the game itself says that in the ending, but I won't spoil. Containing stealth invasion missions at the beggining, turning to open field combat and ending on the highest possible note, it's the highest selling point of this game.

    Multiplayer: The charm I thought was lost long ago in Black Ops II finally returns. Full boots on the ground combat, fully customizable weapons and all classic gamemodes returned. Of course, it's not perfect, the noob-tube became the RPGs and C4's, but I guess it's part of the old MW2 charm.

    Warzone: When another Battle-Royale mode was announced, I thought of how big of a letdown Blackout was, but boy-oh-boy was this good. Custom class integration, the gulag fights, an amazing open map that joins all multiplayer maps, what's not to love?

    Co-op: It's a nice addition, but a far cry from what the MW3 spec-ops was, this is a mere imprint of the shadow of it's former self, probably the low point of the game and what I spent less time playing.

    Overall, if you crave that old nostalgia from the original MW franchise or the old Black Ops days, this game is an absolute must-play.    … Expand

    This review is single-player only. I really liked the story here. Of course it is a little repetitive if you played the previous installments of the franchise. But the graphics, the vibe and story-telling is still very engaging.

    Having just beaten the game, I'm not sure what all the controversy is about. It's no more "anti-russian" than Farcry 5 would be "anti-american" because you're fighting an American militia. It's pretty clear in the story that the Russians that you're fighting are basically one renegade unit. You eventually end up working with Russian assets. Easily the best campaign in many years for COD.Having just beaten the game, I'm not sure what all the controversy is about. I was hesitant because I don't like the frenetic run and gun style that the last few games seemed to have embraced. I was intrigued by WWII but not enough to warrant a purchase. The last CoD game I really enjoyed was Black Ops.

    To me    Let me start by saying that I haven't played a Call of Duty game consistently, (beat the campaign and played several hours of MP), since Black Ops II. I was hesitant because I don't like the frenetic run and gun style that the last few games seemed to have embraced. I was intrigued by WWII but not enough to warrant a purchase. The last CoD game I really enjoyed was Black Ops.

    To me this game removes a lot of the fluff an unnecessary extras in favor of a great single player campaign and a return to more tactical multiplayer. To me, this game feels like Black Ops and it's a step in the right direction. I don't have the time to devote to gaming like I had 6 years ago but I've still found ways to be successful in all of the different game modes in MP.

    TL;DR
    If you enjoyed Black Ops, chances are you'll enjoy this game too, a return to form for the series!    … Expand

    Just a cool game. Characters are great, and the ending the best. Russia seems bad in this game, but only the general Barkov puts it in a bad light.

Специально для вас, в Русской версии игры их переименовали, но видимо этого не достаточно. В CoD MW2 были плохие Американцы, тут есть плохие Русские, в следующей будут плохие Китайцы, но игра-то не об этом. Рекомендую, если истина "нет хорошего или плохого, а только то как мы к этому относимся" для вас уже открылась.    … Expand

All this was in the previous parts. Most people who give ratings most likely have never played this game at all and have not heard anything about other games. It is very unfortunate that the majority of the population cares that there are Russian terrorists in the game, and they talk about it through federal channels, as if there were no other problems in the country. For some reason, few people care about officials stealing billions and then leaving to live in the decaying west. Few people care about the ever-increasing number of migrants (I live in a university dormitory, Russians will soon be in the minority here, as places are given to migrants, not Russians), who arrange a large number of crimes. Few people care about a shattered education and healthcare system. No one talks about it on TV and it doesn’t cause such a reaction as when in a fictional game that does not pretend to be realistic events, Russians are called bad and not all. Maybe it’s worth solving the problems in your country, rather than constantly looking at what is happening in Ukraine and how the West is rotting and how bad they are.

    Singleplayer is simply awesome. This is the most intense campaign in a CoD game I've played, and one of the most intense in an FPS in a long time. This is brilliant.
    Some will dumb it down to "America, f*ck yeah, Russia bad, we save the day". They just didn't get it.
    The KEY point imo is that Russia in the game IS America in real life. America IS doing what we see Russia do in game (sure, maybe not to the point of hanging people in the streets, but it's a caricature, exaggerated for the purpose of the game). Keeping this in mind, the campaign is an amazingly critical take on the modern conflicts in the Middle East, and their repercussions in the Western World. Just like CoD4 was spot on with the "modern" part in 2007, this is exactly on point with modern war.
    One BIG thumbs down is a glaring issue with stuttering in the cutscenes. This is unacceptable, and the cutscenes are garbage because of it. Which is a damn shame because they look AMAZING. There is no excuse for this garbage, this seems to be happening to a lot of players and there's no way this could've gone unnoticed if they tested the game properly.

    For the Multiplayer part. Oh boy. I'm gonna preface this by saying it, the modern CoD games are garbage for me. The game peaked at MW2/BO and it's been going downhill ever since.
    This changes with this game. I'm getting vibes from the original MW games. And that's coming from someone with something like 40 days of in game time on MW2.
    I get that this is not for everyone though. If you've never played the OG CoD games, then this is very different from the current way they do things. Exit the map design where you can realisticly only encounter ennemies at like 5 different spots, and welcome multiple routes and flanks, maps where you can stick to the close quarters encouters of buildings and tight roads with a shotgun, or find high ground spots with lots of visibility all around to snipe people. Bye bye generic laser weapon number 25, and welcome back to simple yet effective guns that feel like your shooting when you pull the trigger (by the way, sound design? Amazing). From what I understand, this makes the game much slower than the recent CoD games, which is a good thing in my opinion, but can for sure be a turn off for others.
    Basically, I can sum it up like this: If you spent your highschool years on the MW trilogy, and got turned off by the subsequent games cause they just didn't feel the same, that's the game for you.
    The addition of the Ground War mode, a 32 vs 32 "battlefied like" game mode is also a welcome thing.
    Oh, and crossplay is a thing. You can play with your friends no matter what system they have (and you can farm controller peasant with your glorious superior PC hardware. You can turn off crossplay if you're a controller player and you (righfully) don't want to get assblasted by PC players on keyboard and mouse).

    Finally on the "things that aren't really singleplayer, or multiplayer", I was pleasently surprised with the stability at launch. I didn't get any lag online, the game is gorgeous and runs at a stable 60 fps (on my 1060 at least).
    I also didn't get any crash or issues that you might "expect" from playing a game at release
    I already mentionned it, but the cutscene stuttering thing is unacceptable from a AAA game. Hopefully this can be patched quickly. But to be honest that's the only problem I've had with the game.

    As a final note, I'd say that I'm pleasantly surprised by the lack of BS cash grab from the game. There's no season pass, no loot box, no DLC, no nothing. I've not once been prompted to pull my credit card out for any reason, and from what I could see the only things you can buy are skins for the guns (and like charms and stuff to hang from your weapon) or temporary XP boost.
    BUT, I'd say, be cautious. Activision and others have been known to wait a couple of month before rolling out the BS cash grabs in their game, so only time will tell. For now at least, I'm having a blast.
    I'll give it an 8, because of the stuttering issue and the balancing online that can be improved, even if it's already decent imo.    … Expand

    The campaign is great! Multiplayer is the same old CoD experience nothing really new. Warzone is super great and it's cross platform. The game file is HUUUUGE like....the biggliest huge ever.

    this game is pretty awesome the gun play is fast and addictive. campaign is also pretty good BUT ONE THING IS NOT OK : the disrespect against russian people( and im not russian i am from germany) its a way too much for my opinion. russians are no monsters i have many russian friends and a bit too much against russians in this game. this is definitly NOT okay. typical stupid american ****

    Great campaign that re-uses favorite mechanics and incorporates new unique mechanics that enhance the overall gameplay. Solid 9/10 Campaign in my books, but I'd give a 7/10 for the multiplayer for its poor map design, camp-friendly gameplay, and bad meta (as of now there are only multiple viable guns, m4, kilo, m13, mp7, shotguns)

    A controversial single-player company, in which I really liked only one mission, "clean house", and chic multiplayer, quite diverse and dynamic. However, some maps are too big for 10 ~ people.

    Now the meat of the bones is of course the multiplayer for me, as with many other people. I am currently addicted to the multiplayer. The weapons are generally fun to use, each and everyone of them, though some more overpowered than others (M4A1). It's a bummer that most players choose to use this gun, makes the game seem a little uninteresting to me, I never see a new combination of guns, attachments and perks. But there is no rule against it, but it personally bothers me a little. You'll see a lot of people using that same gun every other match. Especially on normal, I much prefer HC modes.
    I love the vast ocean of attachments, camo's and charms on the variarities of guns. It's really fun to tinker and figure out what works best to every situation. It feels fun and rewarding to make progressions on all these different guns.
    This is the first Call of Duty that has had a large game mode like Ground War. And I gotta say, not really a fan, yet. Might be since I don't know the maps yet, which I feel you have to in order to do a decent job in this game mode. Sometimes it can feel like wherever you spawn, you die. Spawn and die, over and over until you get a lucky break and get your bearings. Otherwise it's a fun gamemode with tons of oppertunities to conquer.

    Overall I thought this game was and still is very fun to play. It's addictive with a great progression system. The guns feel great to use, and once you master the new mounting system you'll have alot more angles to engage your target. I like this machanic and I hope it stays in future installments. No lootboxes (yet) and I hope the game stays that was, otherwise I might take my score down 2 or 3 points.

    This of course is just my opinion, and I see people are very love it or hate it. Myself am on the positive side. I would recommend this game to any shooter fans and COD fans looking for a fresh take on the COD franchise.    … Expand

    Minus one point for many minor bugs and glitches and minus another for terrible UI. Other than that, a great game! BTW Don't get fooled by the russbots. This game has Russian bad guys, true, but has US bad guys as well, and arguably they're even worse.

I'm playing on a modest system, aged like milk by now, and even though the game is built with a new engine and using DirectX 12, my system is handling it pretty well.     Its the best game from COD series. Why? Free DLC, no lootboxes, no presitge levels, new mechanic, no zombies, better lvl weapons, warzone etc. But in this game is so many bugs

    Very solid campaign I actually enjoyed slowed pace and lot of stealthy missions. I kinda dislike few of desert ops. Very serious camping, without stupid jokes or fortnite kids playing in warfare. Nice and pleasant experience from the start to finish.

    Well it was not so bad, definitely a good one for a long time, if you do not think about the logic of mass murdering Russian soldiers then the gameplay is very nice, enjoyed it, but please make the story more balanced and do not accuse Russians of what was done by the US. 8/10
