This game, as such is a great game. But this release, as a remaster FOR PC is quite poor.
I understand giving higher notes for the console versions as they upgraded from 720p to a 4K presentation.
But for PC the upgrade is so minimal that it is barely noticeable. A very minor upgrade in texture quality, better anti-aliasing (that you already could do in the old version with GPUThis game, as such is a great game. But this release, as a remaster FOR PC is quite poor.

A very minor upgrade in texture quality, better anti-aliasing (that you already could do in the old version with GPU drivers options but I guess it is fine to have it in menu options) and nothing else. Same gameplay, same resolution and frame-rate (60fps), same graphical options.
The worst part is that gameplay-wise the game is exactly the same as the original (Burnout Paradise Ultimate) but they didn't provide a way to import the save or buys (so you have to start from scratch even if you had de original). As far as I see they should have made them share the savefile and bought content (the game is exactly the same).
And even worse is what they did with the on-line play. After releasing this version they closed servers for the original forcing you to buy again the game in this "remastered" version if you want to have on-line options.
So sad and money-graby.
I still give it a 6 because the game is great fun to play. If you never played the original or another burnout this is a good example of what burnout is all about...
But if you have the original for PC and don't care for online play (the game is still fun in offline mode) I don't recommend the buy...… Expand
