    This game, as such is a great game. But this release, as a remaster FOR PC is quite poor.

    I understand giving higher notes for the console versions as they upgraded from 720p to a 4K presentation. But for PC the upgrade is so minimal that it is barely noticeable. A very minor upgrade in texture quality, better anti-aliasing (that you already could do in the old version with GPU    This game, as such is a great game. A very minor upgrade in texture quality, better anti-aliasing (that you already could do in the old version with GPU drivers options but I guess it is fine to have it in menu options) and nothing else. Same gameplay, same resolution and frame-rate (60fps), same graphical options.

    The worst part is that gameplay-wise the game is exactly the same as the original (Burnout Paradise Ultimate) but they didn't provide a way to import the save or buys (so you have to start from scratch even if you had de original). As far as I see they should have made them share the savefile and bought content (the game is exactly the same).
    And even worse is what they did with the on-line play. After releasing this version they closed servers for the original forcing you to buy again the game in this "remastered" version if you want to have on-line options.

    So sad and money-graby.

    I still give it a 6 because the game is great fun to play. If you never played the original or another burnout this is a good example of what burnout is all about...
    But if you have the original for PC and don't care for online play (the game is still fun in offline mode) I don't recommend the buy...    … Expand

    I've got to be honest. When I heard Burnout Paradise was being remastered, I had the same excitement as I did 10 years ago. I was 13 at the time and Burnout Paradise was an amazing experience for me then, I was hooked for weeks. I was in love with the world, with the cars, with the soundtrack. It was an amazing experience. But it dawned on me, maybe I wouldn't enjoy it, 10 years laterI've got to be honest. When I heard Burnout Paradise was being remastered, I had the same excitement as I did 10 years ago. I was 13 at the time and Burnout Paradise was an amazing experience for me then, I was hooked for weeks. I was in love with the world, with the cars, with the soundtrack. It was an amazing experience. But it dawned on me, maybe I wouldn't enjoy it, 10 years later after all, I did everything there is to do, I had all the achievements, and spent even more time after that, just driving around and replaying races.

    Anyway, I decided to take the plunge for the sheer nostalgia alone and what a great choice it was, all the memories I had from playing it as a 13 year old boy came flooding back and I can say that I'm hooked again. The start is a little slow but most games are. Once you're into it, you'll be glad you took the chance. The cars handle like a dream, the impact engine is glorious and now, with updated graphics, running the game on max settings 1080p at 60fps, the experience is so much better. If you're on the fence, I urge you to take a chance. You won't regret it. A controller is recommended.

    Bad graphics, 60fps lock. I honestly think this game is a joke there aren't really any improvments to the old game.

    Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than nfs 2015 by a long shot.

    Game should work right? This does not - you need to freaking find mods to launch it.. cause if there's camera, friend with more 25 characters.. **** Devs are lazy

    Брал в Стиме. Игра хорошая, а ремастер корявый с неуместной привязкой к Origin. Конечно в целом все проблемы решаемы, но могут понадобиться танцы с бубном (отключать вебкамеру на компе или удалять какой-то файл из игры, например), а после этого все может вылететь.

    Короче говоря, не рекомендую покупать, потому что ценю ваше время и нервы.    Брал в Стиме. Игра хорошая, а ремастер корявый с неуместной привязкой к Origin. Bought on steam and the game doesn't even open;-; Even if I opened this version it still sucks because it removed several things from the original version, not to mention that a REMASTER was not necessary j Because the original game from 2009 is already beautiful!     Stunning visually and the overall world gameplay driving is excellent but at the end empty and bland too. The major negative of the game is the lack of overall game progress and thrill. If you played Need For Speed hot pursuit you pretty much played this game and ironically the previous game is actually better then the latter game. If you already have the mentioned Need For Speed game there really isn't a need to get this game but if you don't the yeah I say for the price($20) get it but in all honesty I say just spend the $10 more and just get the Need For Speed game instead as you'll have more fun playing that game.One bit of irony is that the switch version is on sale and a ton of people half most likely scalpers have been buying them in bulk so if you're interested in this game and want it for the switch now is definitely the time to get it before it's too late.… Expand

    Broken in so many places it feels like a lazy work, devs launched it 5 years ago like this and didn't bother playing not even once i feel like.

    Looks almost identical but it is still really fun. The dlcs kind of destroy the car unlock process by goving yiu good cars at the start though
