Game didn't hold your hand, there was no boring western game loop loot-stuff>sell-stuff, it was all about solving mysteries of the game world with use of simple and addicting action.
I enjoyed discovering where to find ultimate spells and weapons, it was one of the very few games I actually liked poking every corner to check for secret entrances or shortcuts. Mostly because it was one of the very few games that had many secrets and hidden features. In addition to atmosphere of this game it made truly an adventure.
Back in the day i'd give it 5/10 tops, but today, after poopy Cyberpunks, greedy cashgrabs, dumbed down mechanics, and grindy games as service this is easily one of the best and complex games ever made.
