    Best graphics ive ever seen, amazing gameplay and amazing sound. This game is a perfect 10 for me. The story of the campaign wasnt top notch though, but this is a multiplayer game so i see the campaign as an extra feautre.

    Simply amazing game. I have been an fps fan for ages and played all the different series. This is easily the best fps game I've ever played. The single player campaign is a fun distraction, but multiplayer is where this game really shines.

    Such a great game. There are some noticeable glitches, like screen flicking green every now and then, but that doesn't stop me from coming back for more and more. Such a fun great experience. With tons of classic battlefield moments. Sounds and graphics are amazing. It's the first time in a long time that I got an adrenaline rush in a game.

    Battlefield 3 has a completely new concept and DICE also tested things like Battlelog and Origin with that game what wasn't that nice. But to be honest, the PC of people playing this game are surely enough fast to run Origin and Firefox in the background. Back to the gameplay: First time I've played it in the Beta I was like "WOW, holy crap, these graphics" but the glitches and bugs of itBattlefield 3 has a completely new concept and DICE also tested things like Battlelog and Origin with that game what wasn't that nice. As I've played the final release, I felt in love with this game. There are still things that need to be fixed and balanced but the sounds, graphics, physics, movements are AMAZING! It's really fun to fly together with a friend in one attack helicopter and do some real pwnage.

Of course the graphics are stunning best game i have seen since metro but best of all you can actually play it on a average computer, my gtx 560 ti runs it brilliantly and with a few tweaks to the video settings i can play constantly over 60 fps.… Expand

    Damn this is amazing. There seems to be some skill involved as I suck completely, it's no simple run and gun like MW3. The graphics are beautiful (wish I had higher than 560ti to run max), everything just looks and feels awesome. The maps are huge with great layouts, 64 player is rad, blah blah it's great you should get it.

    new engine is pretty cool; and over the game is good; unfortunately you can just tell the console market held it back somewhat; maps design kinda sucks

    Battlefield 3 is a game that brings a fresh new air in the fps genre. It's pure entertainment and fun, from the sound design to the outstanding graphics. When i started the first multiplayer match, i felt like i was watching a realistic enviroment...a spectacular sensation that i sincerly never felt in a videogame. This is the pure battlefield factor that makes the difference between thisBattlefield 3 is a game that brings a fresh new air in the fps genre. It's pure entertainment and fun, from the sound design to the outstanding graphics.     I would say, its not perfect but its the best shooter we've got. My biggest problems are 64 man servers that are too small and tight... and squad mates taking joy rides and such rather than playing the objective.

    The game looks beautiful and is the natural progression from BF2 and BFBC2.     I have been waiting for this game for over a year now and I can say now that it has lived up to it potential. the graphics are incredible on PC. I understand that it is isn't as good on the consoles but I can't imagine it running too poorly. So far I have played through most of the co-op, which i wish there was more of, and just the start of the single player campaign. I have also put in about 18 hrs into the multiplayer which is where the game really shines. The unlocks are plentiful and spread out enough that you feel you really accomplished unlocking them while not putting so far out of reach. On top of this DICE and EA reward those who pre-order by offering free DLC as it becomes available. This is compared to the COD series which tends to offer more DLC... but at a $15 price tag for content that is undeveloped. So overall if you want to put some money into a game this fall... BF3 is the right choice.... unless you going to get Skyrim. That game is probably going to own my life for the next few months.… Expand

It has jets, tanks, helicopters, mortar, UAV, ground UAV, etc. It has a destructable environment, so you do not get the stale camping spot. You do not like that camp spot, blow it up.     Even will all the glitches and bugs and balance issues, i can truly say that BF3 is one of those games who offers a unique experience. The only immersion level is like nothing i have felt or seen before. It's truly great and deserve a good try.

    People must realize this is a new Battlefield game, not a BF2 remake... That said, this is one of the best shooters I ever played, the game still have a lot of bugs that I know will be patched "soon" but it contains a lot of stuff to be unlocked during game play, making people use not only a single weapon...     Graphics on this game are stunning. The animation are also top notch. Sound in this game is like I never heard before; absolutely fabulous. Then there is the whole destruction engine which isn't all that dynamic as DICE want us to believe but still there is no single shooter out there which can match this.

    Awesome game, if you have the video card. The best graphics to date on a fps. The only thing I didn't like is the need to run the Origin client. But that, I guess is a tool they using trying to prevent piracy. You know, if you like PC video games, and wanna keep ALIVE the PC gaming community, the ONLY way to support the developers is actually BUYING the video games they make.

    Best game of the year I love every detail about this game nothing negative 64 players server are awesome keep it up dice you best in business now every aspect is amazing folks go get this game new engine is crazy unreal you can almost destroy any building in game and omg teamwork is nice this is not mw3 when one player kill 10 people in 5 second, bf3 is more real

    Sure the singleplayer isn't great, but that's not what Battlefield is about. Battlefield 3's frostbite 3 actually innovates, unlike CoD which still uses Unreal 3.

    But i think that will change in a month orso with the development of new ati drivers and some patches that will adress some minor issues in the game, like for instance tactical light in daylight shines so bright that u cant see.
    Nevertheless, game is SUPERB...graphics...perfect, frostbyte engine...cod fans can hide under a small rock, cause its far more realistic theb any cod out htere, this is the future of gameplay.
    And by realistic I dont mean like that disturbingly bad arma lol    … Expand

    Singleplayer was a bit booring, but bought it for the Multiplayer. Awsome game! The maps all look and feel diffrent, and when using a diffrent mode, you get all whole new experience playing the same map.

    I love this game. After spending two days on MW3 for XBox I have grown much more appreciative of BF3. The graphics and sound give this game at least a 5. The MP is awesome and I think brings a good mix of ideas from BF2 and BFBC2. If you're worried about vehicles, don't worry, there are plenty to go around (Even on 64 player maps).     There are some odities to this game that try and help the experiance along at the cost of realism. The "flashlight" style lens flare on any scope above 4x magnification is horrendously obvious to locate. The underslung flashlight and redlaser blinding you in broad daylight outside is just rediculous. However these features make the gameplay in multiplayer more interesting. Having a friend come over with COD MW3 and looking at how bad it looks on my system at max settings next to BF3 just blew his mind. He was like but COD was supposed to look amazing. Their CEO of product development guaranteed it, but he lied.… Expand

The game has stellar graphics, great multiplayer, and great support from a great developer. DICE took what was good about BF2 and revamped it with a more fine tuned and better balanced gameplay.     I bought this game when it came out, and i have been playing non-stop since then. Battlefield 3 really shows what FPS games is about. The campaign is okay, but the multiplayer is just awesome! i really recommend you to buy this game!

    Best online experience I have ever had. Explosions, vehicles, adrenaline, destruction, jets and everything you expect from a battlefield game. This is a masterpiece, BEST SHOOTER OF THE YEAR!

    Wow! This game is just great! Everyone should give it a try, most of the mp maps are just brilliantly designed and are a ton of fun! With the new updates on origin there really isn't any downside to this game. :) Am currently putting alot of time Into this game and couldn't be any happier. Also, can't wait for back to karkand, that will be so awesome! See you on the battlefield!! :)

    I don't give it 10 because of the singleplayer, wich in my opinion, should have been excluded in pro of the multiplayer which i think is already excellent. Only for the technical standpoint this game deserve a 9! Frostbite 2 is hands down the best engine yet used on a game . Gorgeous graphics and animation

    As a veteran of Battlefield 2 and having spend years playing that game it is safe to say I had high hopes for this game. Having pre-ordered it I was so excited to have gotten it and play right away. I can say that it has blown me away with how good it is. The large environments (however not as large as bf2) are great to look at and drive/fly around. There are many modes to play which helps you depending on what kind of game you feel like playing at the time. The destructible environment adds a lot to the game. it makes you feel more scared knowing that tank you ran by could just blow up the small wall you ran behind for cover. It adds a lot more depth to each game because the environment can change on the fly and so you must constantly be able to adapt. The game is nearly perfect however there are some small flaws.

    The only reason I'm not giving it a 10 out of 10 is because of 3 small things. First of all is that the controls for helicopters and planes have been simplified. This makes them so much easier to fly for all the novices however it takes away from all the stunts and tricks you could do previously if you had enough experience. Second of all is the campaign which is more like an extended tutorial and guide to the game mechanics however since it's there I wish it could be slightly better. Third of all which is the bugs. Personally I haven't had any real bugs pop up on me that prevent me from playing and most of the bugs appear to be getting or have gotten fixed. However some people still occasionally get bugs so be aware of that if you play. Although like every game bugs will disappear as they are fixed just like every other game.    … Expand

    I love the Battlefield games, and while this does retain some of the best qualities that the Battlefield games have, there are a few things that bother me.
    Battlelog, for one, is probably one of the worst design decisions they could have made. I would have much preferred an in-game server browser. The campaign isn't the best, and in all honesty I much prefer a Call of Duty campaign, while I do dislike Call of Duty's multiplayer. That's about it for the negatives though. The game itself looks amazing, much more so than expected. A rewarding system for performing squad/team actions also helps set this game apart from other FPS games. The sound effects are also awesome. All the guns sound great, especially when a bullet just misses you. The selection of guns is great, and the leveling system is well designed. This game is well worth the $60, and I'm sure it will keep me busy for a very long time, at least when I'm not playing Skyrim. As long as they don't go the Call of Duty way and make Battlefield 4 next year, of course.    … Expand

    It's all a matter of taste, after all. They each provide a certain type of entertainment – when talking about Battlefield 3, it involves a bigger game, more open in its possibilities and more spectacular. But on a longer timeline, less frantic and with fewer Bruce Willis scenes than the mass appeal beast it set itself to dethrone.
