    My favorite game of all time. I have played every Battlefield game going all the way back to Battlefield 1942 and I like this one the best.

    Multiplayer is fast-paced balanced, chaotic, beautiful, fun, and it just feels right. How often do you get a AAA game set in World War 1? I could play BF1 for 10+ hours in a row if I let myself, it's that good. BF1 is still going strong, even on    My favorite game of all time.     Glorious graphics, outstanding sound, incredible immersion. That's Battlefield 1. No "Battlefront re-skins" or anything else. This is just an amazing game everybody should play.

    Optimization is excellent compared to graphics, years ahead of its release date. Only multiplayer podlagivaet, this game will be alive for many more years.

    One of my favourite games of all time, with regard to the superb gunplay, gun and soldier feel, and map design. Love this game, rebought it on PC recently in 2022 - servers are still full of people and its easy to find a game - and am SO glad I did buy this again! If in doubt, 2022 is a brilliant time to buy this on PC. If you have not played many games, this feels a lot like battlefieldOne of my favourite games of all time, with regard to the superb gunplay, gun and soldier feel, and map design.     I used to be a COD fan when I played Modern Warfare 2 back then and I used to buy every COD after that , but they weren't as good. So I decided to try Battlefield for once. Battlefield 1 came out and after some minutes in I realised that Battlefield games were on another level than Call of Duty. I couldn't believe what I had been missing all these years. At first I was like "oh look atI used to be a COD fan when I played Modern Warfare 2 back then and I used to buy every COD after that , but they weren't as good.     I have started playing BF series with BF3. Liked BF3 a lot and did NOT like BF4 too much. When I saw BF1 trailers and initial gameplay, I was mesmerized. Game looks, plays and feels amazing. Bought it in June 2017 after I changed my PC - it is to me one of the most addictive games I played so far. Truly beautiful, rich in details (look at the soles of fallen soldiers, even there they putI have started playing BF series with BF3. Liked BF3 a lot and did NOT like BF4 too much. When I saw BF1 trailers and initial gameplay, I was mesmerized. Game looks, plays and feels amazing. Bought it in June 2017 after I changed my PC - it is to me one of the most addictive games I played so far. Truly beautiful, rich in details (look at the soles of fallen soldiers, even there they put some details!), feels like a WW1 game and not yet another fps game with stupid bots. If you were ever into WW1 there, movies, books etc, you will love this game. Well, I am older generation, 43 years old now, so maybe that's why I like it so much.

    On the downside - game still has some bugs, especially for planes or some graphic glitches. This is however 0,01 % of the gameplay, you barely notice it. Game was also substantially changed with introducing ttk 2.0, which is kind of update to the killing engine - it is faster than in original gameplay which I do not like. But after so much time I got used to this, fine.

    Overall this is amazing game. I have life, work, no time to play it all the time, but I played much to see this is truly great thing. Compared to BF V at which I cannot even look, it is disgustingly awful piece of c***, BF1 is true gem. I am sure that thanks to the failure with BF V , servers will bve fill for next 2 years at least and I am very happy about it.

    9/10 because of small bugs and changes such as ttk 2.0, but normally I would rate it 10/10 or close.    … Expand

    The game is great. Beautiful graphics, fantastic war stories and also multiplayer is the same as in every other Battlefield games [with little changes on mechanics]. But there are some microtransactions like in Battlefield 4, but they are cosmetic.

Weapon variety in this game is great. you have different types of weapons in their own category with reasons to pick one or the other. Gunplay and vehicle play in this game feels decent. I absolutely enjoyed the singleplayer well-made storytelling, significant characters etc. The ascents from the last game are really refreshing to see. But the pleasure kinda ends when you play multiplayer. Some maps look like areas from SP that you should see but not go to and it's bland open spaces in terms of next to no cover which is the key point for spawn killers and many times there's nothing for cover in some cases it really makes the multiplayer more frustrating than entertaining. Yet the experience of the game is a big enjoyment.… Expand

    Singleplayer: Schleichpassagen sind teilweise langweilig, teilweise nervig. Die Stories tragen einen aber dennoch durch die Kampagne. Alles - bis auf Schleichen - fühlt sich aber satt und spaßig an.
    Multiplayer: Selbst Jahre nach der Erscheinung ist es noch möglich einen vollen Server zu finden. Die Schlachten vermitteln das gewünschte Battlefield-Feeling.

It shows the seriousness and drama of WW1 and presents it in a magnificent way. The multiplayer is also an incredible experience.     One of the few games that manage to offer a fully immersing experience. As you spawn on the map, you really do feel like one of those unfortunate soldiers from the Great War, trying to hold or push the line while desperately trying to stay alive.

    The map design is fantastic, the colors are vibrant, the weathering realistic and this is where BF1 really excels. The sound effects are    One of the few games that manage to offer a fully immersing experience. As you spawn on the map, you really do feel like one of those unfortunate soldiers from the Great War, trying to hold or push the line while desperately trying to stay alive.

    The map design is fantastic, the colors are vibrant, the weathering realistic and this is where BF1 really excels. The sound effects are incredibly detailed and it's tremendously fun to down enemies with bayonet charges.

    Operations and Frontline are really the stellar modes of this battlefield, capturing the essence of the struggle between large armies.

    The War Pigeons, Supply Drop and Air Assault are rather unexciting though and feel more like an afterthought to fill in the mode count.

    Overall, BF1 sadly feels like a peak Dice has reached before descending with less impressive titles such as the ugly Battlefield V, where every color feels barren and almost a shade of an always present grey.    … Expand

    The most surprising choice of returning to WW1 from DICE and they made it works like a charm! One of the best Battlefield and first-person shooter game out there with action-packed, brutal, visually-stunning and amazing multiplayer gameplay.

    Pros: - Short campaign showing the horrors of WW1 - Great cutscenes in the campaign - Graphics are gorgeous - Performance is great - Awesome soundtrack - Multiplayer is still solid even to this day - Many factions from WW1 (Britain, USA, Ottoman Empire, Germany, Austro-Hungarian    Battlefield 1 is a game set in WW1, it may not be realistic at all, but it's damn good to play.

    - Short campaign showing the horrors of WW1
    - Great cutscenes in the campaign

    - Not realistic, but no big deal
    - Sometimes you meet with hackers but not often
    - Campaign should've been much longer, but it's alright since the multiplayer is the main focus of the game.

    This game blew me away because Battlefield 1 being this so cinematic and atmospheric? Ah, it's amazing. The "black and white" WW1 feeling is spot-on, it's very very atmospheric, the soundtrack is godly, the campaign is just a short treat (would prefer it to be longer), graphics are amazing, and the large-scale fighting is very present. The combat is good, but not perfect. The maps areThis game blew me away because Battlefield 1 being this so cinematic and atmospheric? Ah, it's amazing. The "black and white" WW1 feeling is spot-on, it's very very atmospheric, the soundtrack is godly, the campaign is just a short treat (would prefer it to be longer), graphics are amazing, and the large-scale fighting is very present. The combat is good, but not perfect. The maps are good, but again, not perfect. And sadly, due to small imperfections, it won't get a 10/10 it will get a 9/10 from me.… Expand

    I bought this game way after it came out and the graphics still stand up today. The maps are full of detail and there are a variety of weapons. However the snipers are very annoying. But you can run into the b objective building in the argonne forest map with a mine and place it down and blow up 10 people at once so it's pretty good.

Well crafted maps and highly detailed characters and weapons, along with beautiful graphics and sound design make an extremely immersing experience. The battlepack system leaves some to be desired, but the benefit of hindsight shows that it could have been much worse. The last good Battlefield game.
