    Best Ac game since Black Flag. Incredible open world, actually two of them, because Norway and England are on separated maps. So much to discover, story is really enjoyable so far, voice acting for main character is perfect. Can't believe they will add Ireland later as well, not like it's huge world already, but i'm not complaining. More of this Ubisoft, more of this.

    This game is one of the better comebacks i have seen in years. Odyssey had the graphics, but story was weak and voice acting was meh. This one has everything and more. Voice acting is perfect, music is just amazing, i could literally hours meditate for that main menu theme. Graphically it takes things further than ever. Some locations look just amazing.     I have bought so many games this year, mostly because there was nothing to do thanks to quarantine. I bought Tony Hawk 1+2 remake, i bought Ghost of Tsushima, i bought 2018 spider-man (it's amazing btw), i refused to buy last of us 2 because how they lied to their fans, that was disgusting. But overall of all these games i have bought this year, i have enjoyed AC Valhalla most.

    Deep beautiful open world Assassin's Creed game, one of the best in the whole series. I'm so glad it didn't disappoint, cause i was kinda worried, but it's amazing.

    A perfect blend of old and new AC mechanics. A bridge to the next gen. Every quest is wholesome and organic. Satisfying combat. Gorgeous setting. Runs well on my 1070 PC.

    One of the best AC games in long time. Might be Ubisoft's best open world they have ever created. Strongly recommending this one.

    Best Ubisoft game they have made in 4 years, truly impressive stuff. To whoever says that
    it's boring, i'm sure you will find your fun in Marvel's Avengers, leave good games to people who actually know how to enjoy them. This is literally perfect game to spend my time on until Cyberpunk comes out.

    AC Valhalla almost feels like "Thank You" letter from Ubisoft to all their fans that have supported them past 7 years. It's truly amazing game and there's nothing more that pisses me off than these absolute nolife losers who give zeros without even caring about this series or buying it. I wish all the worst in your lives.

    Really surprised Ubisoft managed to make this. I mean they have had hits before, but after 2019 flop i kinda lost hope, seems i was too quick to judge. AC Valhalla is at least 100 hour game with tons of good content, locations, enemies etc. Story is also surprisingly good, specially if compared to Odyssey.

    Why Metacritic allows reviews with zero scores from people who clearly don't even have this game, makes absolutely no sense. But whatever i guess. This game is amazing anyway. I would give 9, but now i'm forced to give 10 to get this score to where it needs to be.

    I just didn't expect this to be sooooo damn good. I'm not a fan but this brings the old Ac games combined with new in the best way. the world is not the empty world of odyssey and it's full of mysteries with really nice back stories. the story is the best since black flag and the side characters are much more memorable. gameplay is improved in every way. the graphics look amazing althoughI just didn't expect this to be sooooo damn good.     Great Cinematic Game and Great Story Teller
    Most Brutal Blood & Gore perfect match for Vikings Theme

    Still BUGs but no problem, I love this game!

    This game is much way better than Assassins Creed Odyssey and have much more fun stuff and some old mechanics from past AC games.
    Less trash things on the map, better graphics. But still have some bugs that have to be patched.
    Now waiting for season pass and siege of Paris.
    Don't listen to haters who underestimate the game.

    Can't wait for the DLC and extensions. hopefully Ubisoft will reduce amount of bugs and upgrade fight. Thanks for a great game Ubi.

    It's so weird watching some youtubers talking about this game, almost feels like they have been told by someone to not be very positive, but at the same time they want to be positive. So it will be this weird mix of "i like it, but there's these bugs". Or maybe he is just tired of these huge game-worlds, i guess that happens when you start taking gaming as a job, instead of fun hobby. This one has million times more interesting content than Miles Morales, so i guess if someone just wants games to be quickly over, then Miles Morales is better choice. I personally love long games that have tons of content, so i would very much recommend Valhalla. To each their own i guess.… Expand

    Like i totally get it when someone is burned out of Odyssey and is not interested playing another 100 hour epic, but here' the thing, this one is so much better than Odyssey ever was. But in the end it's obviously up to everyone individually what they want to play. To me, this is my favorite AC setting ever (Norway-England-North sea).     It's so cool to see Ubisoft making comeback with hit game like this. This actually might be one of the best AC games ever made, i'm serious. Way better than Odyssey.

    When game gets negative reviews then it's treated as "normal", but when it gets actually positive reviews, when people actually like something, then it must be fake. Because there is NO WAY that people like something in 2020 i guess. Pathetic conclusions are pathetic.

    If you liked Black Flag, but didn't really care for Odyssey, i would strongly recommend trying Valhalla. It's best of both worlds. Stunningly beautiful game world, both Norway and England truly shine. One of my favorite games of 2020.

    PC version has surprisingly less bugs than PS4 version, still great game, no matter what system you play it on.

    Assassin's Creed Valhalla is a great-looking open-world game with impressive landscapes and cinematography. However, the checklist collectible open-world still needs some work to feel truly engaging, and combat is too tedious and too frequent to be compelling. As a lapsed fan of Assassin's Creed trying to see if I can click with the series once again, Valhalla didn't quite hook me as I was hoping it would.

    Assassins Creed Valhalla is a lot of fun and easy to sink dozens of hours into. It is the best entry in the more recent trilogy and genuinely elevates the gameplay mechanics. Content could be considered somewhat bloated still, but it is diverse enough and the setting and story is solid most of the way through.

    Sneaking is fun, fighting is fun, walking through the great outdoors is so much fun. Sightseeing too! Valhalla is free minded and could be innovative, but lacks skills to persuade its players about that. [Issue#308]
