Aug 5, 2014A well crafted tower defense, with nothing particularly innovative gameplay-wise.
-
Jul 1, 2014Defenders, unlike the previous titles, doesn’t do much to innovate or recreate the genre. Instead 11 Bit Studios decided to play it safe and gave us a basic, traditional tower defense game that is fun but doesn’t really do anything to set itself apart from an already flooded market.

Jun 20, 2014Anomaly Defenders is an example of a good and solid tower defense game. The gameplay works, the maps offer a good amount of variety and the tech-tree is sublime. Because of this, it's a pity that the game doesn't offer a huge amount of troops and enemies, and that the frame-rate is unstable when a lot of human forces start to explode.

Jun 6, 2014This is, probably, the worse chapter of the series. It has several good ideas but the gameplay is still too basic.
-
Jun 3, 2014Despite being a deep, generally entertaining, and visually luscious tower defence experience, Anomaly Defenders doesn’t quite rank among the best in its category.
-
Jul 9, 2014Bright, colorful, fun, but too simple.
-
Jul 21, 2014A piece of solid workmanship and an entertaining tower defense strategy game at the same time which, however, does not bring anything new to the table, and eventually fall into stereotype one. The game may be recommended only to those fans who love its genre.
-
Jun 23, 2014Earlier Anomaly games proved that a little innovation can go a long way, but you just don't see as much of that approach in action here, which results in an underwhelming and familiar return to the norm.
