    way too detailed, I spent a few hours trying to learn how to play and still am confused. I understand real armies have to deal with logistical support but in real life there are subordinate commanders to deal with those aspects. If you are a micromanaging 4 star general then this is the game for you. I really wanted to like this game too as I do enjoy American history and the game didway too detailed, I spent a few hours trying to learn how to play and still am confused. If you are a micromanaging 4 star general then this is the game for you. I really wanted to like this game too as I do enjoy American history and the game did seem to make every effort to remain true to history, but the super complex interface really killed the game for me.… Expand

    The Blue and the Gray is a niche game that will appeal to a very specific audience, so in that regard it’s a tough sell. However, if you fit into that group of hardcore strategy fans and Civil War enthusiasts, then this could be one that you’ll want to check out.
