Units flow well and are easy to differentiate from one culture to another, but theres something that keeps the quality a little below what most gamers are accustomed to with the more recent RTS titles, especially where character details are concerned.

Unlike many expansions, Titans gives a lot of bang for the buckit's just not a very loud bang, falling short of energizing an aging game.

While the Atlanteans are cool, and its always fun to level your enemies towns with a 4-story creature, its a pretty steep price to pay.

Provides just about enough to be worthy of the price of entry if you're an Age of Mythology fan. The new single-player campaign is slickly presented and a lot of fun, while the addition of the new race and the Titans themselves should give a fair bit of extra longevity to the multiplayer aspect of the game.
