I bought this game about 7 years ago, and I still play it. This game offers everything you would ever want in a strategy game, and the expansion makes it even better. Even because of the bad graphics, you can get a huge amount of fun out of it! This game is defiantly on my top 3 list!

I would give this game a 10/10, but nobody (about 10 people) play it online. I will not recommend it to you simply for that reason. The campaign is fun, but not to exciting. Honestly, I didn't really enjoy the title. The original AoM was great but tbh the expansion was a let down. The Titans are really boring units, there isn't much variety and the campaign was a snoozer. Get the expansion only if you really enjoed the original AoM

While it adds a new side the game continues its sloooow tradition. Most of the time the game feels like work. Titans are cool and so is mythology - but this is a snoozer

A good expansion to a great game. Makes the game even more fun, though the expansion left more to be desired. It could have been better. It gets an 8 from me.

This expansion is worth playing if you liked the original AoM, but don't expect this to top it. The campaign is okay, but not nearly as good as the original and significantly shorter. The new civilization, Atlantis, has a couple of neat innovations but nothing too cool.

This expansion is just as cool, as original game. This time, story has only 12 or 14 chapters, so, story is really good and fast-paced, i liked it. Also, creators added new culture Atlantes that spawned because of the ending of original game. They're a bit outbalanced, but overall this is a prime example of how expansions should be, unlike today's one day DLC .

This is a must-buy expansion pack, with an awsome campaign, and more gods to chose from, it is a great game. I would have hoped that Gargarinsis, Kamos and that other guy would come back, or at least be mentioned, because they were the main villians in AOM.

Good expansion, with some flaws. Campaign is pretty short. The Titans are awesome looking and have great special effects, but are virtually unstoppable and really skew the balance of the game... and that gets boring after the novelty wears off. The Atlanteans are a great addition to the random games... that's the biggest strength of The Titans expansion.

I love age of Mythology. And now they made my love of the game even greater. With the added pack called the Titans.

I am a big myth historian, and to play a game wich I study on, is marvelous. It teaches me a lot.
This game gets a definate 10.

    Well Done Mircrosoft.

Not only this but the more competitive side of the game had plenty of strategy with good balance as well as being exciting to play. On the other hand, the single player campaign wasn't quite up to scratch, although it was good in general, and so I feel the game deserves a 9/10 overall. Expand

This expansion pack adds a new civilization; the Atlanteans, playing as them features new units, myth creatures and god powers (obviously). It, too adds new upgrades for the original civilizations (and some tweaks/ fixes on them) , adds a new campaign and of course, huge, monstrous and ever-city-crushing Titans. Some flaws in this game regard the new campaign's [quite] short campaign, plot holes, bad voice acting (in the campaign as well) and insufficient new content for the original civs (although, the fact that upgrades and unit/building costs are expensive does [kind of] barely compensate for this). Playing on multiplayer is actually fun, especially (or limited to, for some players) on random, just like in the original AOM.
Lastly, one thing that kind of bugged me is that, once your enemy already has a titan, you are practically defenseless, (unless without your own titan). I'm not really sure if every one else experiences this, but if so, the best strategy when playing a game (whether it be skirmish or multiplayer) may be good, old fashioned rushing.

Flaws aside, this is still a good game, and you will have a good time playing with it.
    I assure.

A remarkably good expansion with a lot of content and my only critique is that the campaign is a bit too short compared to the main game. To be fair by modern standards this is a huge expansion and long campaign but the main game had pampered us with a 32 mission campaign. It is the same real time strategy concept as the other “Age of” games. You are gathering the resources gold, wood, food and added for this game favor (faith) to develop your kingdom. With the resources you can construct buildings, create units and research improvements. For a bigger chunk you can advance to a new age (archaic to classic to heroic to mythic age) each time unlocking new stuff. The differences to the other “Age of” games are the gods and the favor resource. You start with one of the main gods of the pantheon including bonuses and with each advancement you can chose between 2 different additional gods with different improvements. This game adds a fourth faction with the Atlanteans which is quite nice as many of us were thinking about why Greeks and Atlanteans were the same. As by the main game standards those have unique units and features compared to other factions. Atlanteans have no hero units but can promote regular units to heroes making those better. Also they do not need to build gathering buildings as workers are those too and they get favor (faith) by having town centers (The more the faster). Atlanteans are powerful but units are expensive and upgrades need more resources. Of cause it adds the Titan units. These are really resource and time costly but also devastating. A Titan is far more powerful than a group of top tier mythical units and can crush an army of enemy units with ease. Then there is a new campaign set 10 years after the climax of the main game. The world has been saved but Atlantis was destroyed, its people weakened and their hero Arkantos vanished. It is noticed by a higher power that the Atlanteans struggle to just survive and are just a shadow of their former glory. While non of the gods helped them it is a good opportunity to change the status quo. I stop here to avoid spoilers. The story works well and I especially like that they added a lot of references to the main game. Those developments are nice, logical and put a smile on the faces of players of the main game. To be fair it is a bit shorter than the main game but excellent. Graphically and soundtrack wise it was strong for its time but aged a bit graphically. However I don't see this as negative or even a problem. Overall this is a nice addition to the main game and improves it. I fully recommend it if you liked the main game. Expand

The original game has amazing longevity, I've had it for years and it's always enjoyable when I boot it up. The expansion adds even more fun to the map editor and a whole new civilization to play as. AoM: The Titans is definitely one of my favourite PC games ever and a must-play for any fan of strategy games.

Initially I guess this game isn't fun, but after playing it, addictive. It's 3D graphic is so beautiful, see how the detail of each building, army, trees, soil, and other, so pleasant in the eyes.

Gameplay is also good, just for the unit setting when the mode of offensive, defensive, and stand ground less practical, unlike in the Age of Empires 2.

    Overall, this game is nice.

Without a doubt it is a good game. However, I think that the insertion of the construction of the Gods makes the game boring. Basically whoever builds the titan first and attacks the opponent, wins the game.

Soon it will be two decades that I enjoy this game. The cultures, the gameplay, the campaign all so much fun. I could take of points for the disservice the new game developers did with the chinese additions, but nowadays I just ignore it. I tried playing the civ and the campaign, but it is poorly developed and the campaign is just atrocious.
In conclusion: I love to play it, and enjoy
