Mar 24, 2023It’s a beautifully crafted game. I was not a survival game person, but this game made me change my mind. Please don’t expect super fancy combats in this game, just play and enjoy the journey.

Apr 30, 2023Проходняк который я не прошел из-за СКУЧНЕЙШЕГО и однообразного геймплея, сюжет не перекрывает этот минус

Feb 25, 2023Don't play this if you are scared of rats!! Good game overall, got it free.

Apr 25, 2023The game has redeeming qualities, especially the visuals.
But there is very little here that I enjoy. The gameplay is painfully repetitive, the story is predictable and the characters are very shallow. The story feels generic and is not very believable. I will finish it, as I have two chapters left, but it has been a slog from the start. -
Jul 17, 2023Good narrative, good story. Very bad IA of enemies and gameplay in general. Awesome optimization and visuals of the enviorment. You cant use your brain!

Jul 21, 2023This title does a lot right. The world building and visuals are immersing. I found the story somewhat predictable and some sequences repetitive and frustrating. Apart from a few issues, a solid entry.

Sep 6, 2023Pros:
The level design is great.
The story is fine
The graphics are decent
Cons:
I am personally not a fan of younger children as characters with the exception of Clementine in The Walking Dead, there's nothing I relate to with them and I find them obnoxious.
The combat can feel scripted as there's only one or two ways to deal with an enemy. -
Jul 28, 2023Great voice acting and visuals but Incomplete gameplay, boring level design in general, simplicity of puzzles and insufficient boss battles prevent the game from being special for me.
-
Aug 1, 2023Masterpiece, beautiful game, intriguing story, full of suspense, I loved it so much.
-
Aug 4, 2023Plague Tales are my favourite games of all time. From someone who has played 35+ story games including RDR2, both Norse GOD of Wars, horizon zero dawn, all three Assassins creed RPGs etc. Great presentation and the most heartfelt and emotional story with the most beautifully written, acted and designed characters I've experienced.
Also I consider these survival games rather than stealth games -
Aug 10, 2023Very good and immerse story. The difficulty of the game-play was just perfect for me too.

Sep 11, 2023Great storytelling, fun, short, casual. Rare thing to see such a good combination. Like a stripped-down Lara Croft.

Edge MagazineJan 3, 2020It's unlikely Innocence will lead to an epidemic of similarly snappy games, but we'd love this particular contagion to catch on. [Issue#341, p.116]

Aug 1, 2019We’ve got another outstanding adventure game. It’s not without technical flaws, but delivers a pleasant impression. Perhaps the next game of the studio will become a real gem.

Jul 9, 2019A Plague Tale: Innocence makes a commendable effort to mask its somewhat routine gameplay, and in the end, it wins you over with captivating atmosphere, great music, likeable main characters and nice visuals. If you like cinematic games, this stroll through Dark Ages is worth it.
