Mar 12, 2025Path of Fury: Episode I – Tetsuo’s Tower is a tonne of fun and makes me a believer in fitness through virtual reality. Strong visuals are backed by a fast-paced rhythm-and-arcade style of gameplay, not to mention a story that’ll peruse you through thugs and police alike. This is easily one of my favourite VR games, even with its rocky caveat.

Mar 24, 2025Path of Fury – Episode I: Tetsuo’s Tower from developer Leonard Menchiari is a wonderful and beautifully brutal VR experience. It delivers accuracy, a good brawling environment, and makes use of Meta Quest’s tech well. The only hiccups are repetitive enemies and sometimes visuals. Both can be forgiven with its brawling gameplay that comes straight from the best 90s fighting games.

There's a bit of repetition and an anachronistic rail setup to digest, but beating one bad guy after another relentlessly is a challenge that will test you both physically and mentally. Just like the real kung-fu masters admired in the movies, yes.
