Jan 17, 2012I really did like Woody Woodpecker, which probably has a lot to do with how much I love Tiny Wings. I don't think this game surpasses or meets Wings, but it's a lot of fun on its own.

Jan 17, 2012It would be more satisfying if the various characters, means of transport, and weapons were unlocked along the way, rather than all provided from the start. Overall, a good game, but just for a couple of days or for the kids.

Jan 16, 2012With the addition of new settings with the charm of Circus, more robust multiplayer action – and my personal wish – an endless mode that gets progressively harder, Woody Woodpecker could be epic. As it stands, it's a great bet for kids, a kick for nostalgia junkies and for all, at $.99 for a universal build, it definitely offers some ha-ha-ha-HA-ha's!

Jan 18, 2012Whether or not this game is worth your time and money is based on the concept and your love of Woody Woodpecker. Just as a final note, the theme song has been altered slightly and as a fan of the cartoons, it was a bit of a letdown as hearing the theme song at the menu screen was something to look forward to. At least Woody's trademark laugh stays intact.

Jan 16, 2012Woody Woodpecker combines the gameplay of Tiny Wings and Mario Kart to fairly good effect, but perfunctory execution clips its feathers.

Jan 18, 2012Woody Woodpecker is a fairly successful (if brazen) attempt at nicking off with Tiny Wings' formula, but Tintash's decision to dirty its waters with a wonky racing element leaves a bitter taste.
