    Vainglory is an excellent showcase of what can be done with iOS 8's Metal engine, and exemplary of MOBAs in general. It could even go toe to toe with PC releases. For that reason, it's certainly one free-to-play title that you'd do well to download.

    Visually stunning, especially if you have one of the latest Apple devices, Vainglory is probably the best MOBA available right now on the App Store.

    Vainglory proofs that a MOBA belongs on a mobile platform as well as on PC. The game offers a very well designed environment with a solid multiplayer experience. It is a pity there is not a lot of characters in this game. But we do like the fact that it is very suitable for newbies.

    One fun MOBA game that takes advantage of the touch controls, despite it needing a big screen to be fully enjoyed. 3 on 3 matches are plenty of fun.

    The game could benefit greatly from better in-game communication, but as it stands, Vainglory shows it is not only possible to make a MOBA game perfected for touch screens, but that it can be astoundingly fun to play.

    I doubt I’ll ever rank among the Vainglory hardcore, but right now I’m having a great time dipping into the arena for half an hour or so each evening.

    If Vainglory is missing anything, it’s probably some kind of overall system of progression, one that rewards the truly dedicated by allowng them to customize their builds a little more.

    Vainglory is the crowning achievement for iOS. The gameplay is extrardinary, and, while tailored to iOS users, on par with the gameplay ofVainglory is the crowning achievement for iOS. The gameplay is extrardinary, and, while tailored to iOS users, on par with the gameplay of MOBAs such as LoL or DOTA. The item builds are simplified, but that's a good thing- each item serves a rather obvious purpose, and so the large variety of items and combinations allow you to respond easily to any situation, without having to research much. The graphics, too, are phenomenal- the best I've ever seen on an iPad. Vainglory goes above and beyond to use the newest technology (Metal) to enhance the visual effects. The community is also a large part of what shapes Vainglory. Not only is the MOBAFire dedicated Vainglory site, Vaingloryfire.com, an extreamly useful place for builds, but the forums are simply unparalleled in any other game I've played. The community is extreamly welcoming, but beyond that, the developers are very active,moron answering questions and explaining the meta to taking input and considering new ideas. All in all, Vainglory is one of the crucial games in the battle to decide whether iOS can really become a gaming platform, and it says a resounding yes.… Full Review »

    Super convenient now since is on Iphone 6 now!! woohoo!! I play moba on desktop but on tablet its even awesome!! i could play on my bed when dinner time i dont even have to stop playing ill bring my game to my dining table and continue!! stop my problem of shouting at my mum everytime she bugs me to stop gaming and eat my dinner!!
