Apr 21, 2014Coupled with varied and exciting gameplay, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is a first rate experience that should please most Spidey fans.
-
Apr 23, 2014There seems like some nice extended play value, as there are villains beyond those starring in the movie, and arena mode and regular events.
-
Apr 28, 2014It’s a little repetitive at times, but it still feels pretty great to zip along the skyline and beat up thugs as Spider-Man.
-
Apr 24, 2014The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is a better game than the first episode, as it delivers some smooth, spectacular fights and nice sandbox. What a pity the camera is often hard to control.
-
May 8, 2014A bit repetitive and not very innovative action adventure game based on the recent film. Still, the game is fun to play and graphically has been recreated with charm.
-
Apr 21, 2014Though Gameloft have taken a lot of what was wrong with the first game and improved on it, it still struggles to recreate the excitement of the action-packed opening. Nevertheless, fans of the first game will feel right at home with the sequel and will still have tons of web-slinging fun.
-
Apr 28, 2014Another addition to Gameloft's movie-based games. This one tells another story than the original movie. But still we swing our webs to the clouds and the combat system becomes boring after a time.
-
Apr 30, 2014The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is the latest game developed by Gameloft. The game has good graphics and the gameplay is simple and very fun. However, there are in-app purchases and a few bugs. Moreover, you need a constant internet connection to play.
-
Apr 25, 2014Swinging through the city streets is entertaining, but The Amazing Spider-Man 2’s control and camera issues prevent it from becoming a marvel.
-
May 6, 2014Despite solid controls and presentation, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 lacks any sort of heart and soul, and its repetitive missions lend this open-world adventure a pervading sense of dullness and drudgery.
-
Apple'N'AppsMay 2, 2014The Amazing Spider-Man 2 gives you the power of Spider-Man, but doesn’t give you much to do with it, making it one to skip, despite the promising outlook.
-
May 5, 2014While Manhattan has been beautifully realised (at least by mobile standards), it’s been weighed down by clumsy controls, and random drops in frame rate. The combat had potential, but it lacks the depth necessary to fully realise it. In-app purchases are thankfully unnecessary, but their existence is still troublesome, and the internet connection requirement is an unnecessary nuisance.
-
Apr 21, 2014The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is marginally better than the previous game in many ways, and I'd dare say we are approaching the quality of the early console open world Spider-Man games in most respects, which is a delight for just a fiver. At the same time, there are a variety of things included in this game that not only do not benefit the end user but actively sabotage the entire experience of trying to enjoy the game.
-
Apr 28, 2014The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is rife with mechanical problems, bloated with aggressive in-app purchase hooks, and forces a constant sense of mission deja vu. Don’t get caught in this web.

Nov 24, 2022It could have been really good, if the gameplay wasnt the same over and over and over again which makes it quite boring.
