Much in the same way as the lightweight strategy suits the platform, there just aren’t all that many engaging civ-lite games on mobile devices, making Legion strangely appealing in spite of its faults. It’s very much a game on the right platform at a lucky moment.

One of the advantages of this being a port of a classic game is that there is far more content – more scenarios and ways to play them – than would be invested in an original iOS game.

The developer should have taken notes from Battlefront's Combat Mission: Touch because they surely dropped the ball here. Pass on this one folks. Full Review »
