Format release concerns aside, Dual Destinies is a smartly-crafted, fantastic-looking Phoenix Wright game that you'd do well to pick up, especially since the first episode is free.

If you’ve made it through Justice and Wright’s previous misadventures you’ve likely already learned to cope. If not, this probably isn’t the best place to start anyway, as it really helps to know the characters ahead of time. If you’re one of the former, however, this is an excellent new addition to the franchise, and perhaps the best version of the game so far.

Thankfully, Capcom has done a stellar job this time around by implementing an intuitive control scheme coupled with beautiful HD textures that brings this lengthy 30 hour game to life.

A very good port of the last Ace Attorney game. The first case is free and then you have to pay for the others.

A classy conversion of the latest Phoenix Wright game that makes up for a certain lack of freshness with a high degree of polish.

It's hitting all the Ace Attorney buttons, with a huge cast of crazy characters, engaging cases with lots of plot twists, and a funny, well-written localization propping it all up. I

The game is equally appealing whether you’re a fan of Ace Attorney, or brand new to the series.

;D Full Review »

It almost feels like a native ios game. The graphics look marvelous, although it took a little while to get used to the 3D rendered Phoenix. The transition from 2D sprites to 3D animated characters makes the game much more appealing to the eye. The addition of anime cutscenes were also a welcome plus, though I wish there were more of them.
Phoenix Wright can feel a little more of the same when it comes to case structures, but it's execution, animation, and characters really shine in this one. Also users without a dual chip processor (
