Feb 21, 2012Ghost Trick is a fantastic adventure / puzzle game, and its iOS version doesn't lose any of its strengths next to the original DS version. This is a must-have, perfectly suited to the touch interface, and what's more : the two first chapters are free, the rest can be purchased in-app if you want to finish the story, manipulating the hhost of the hero to possess objects and change the destiny of the other characters of this well-crafted story.
-
Feb 3, 2012Ghost Trick was one of the best games on the DS, and now it's one of the best on iOS as well. You must play this game.
-
Feb 3, 2012GHOST TRICK: Phantom Detective, quite simply, feels like it was always destined for the App Store and now that it's here you should definitely grab it; funny, clever and fun - easily a must have.
-
Mar 9, 2012Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective offers a great and eccentric cast, well-written dialogue and a unique take on the point-and-click genre. If you skipped the Nintendo DS release you should not let this one pass by unnoticed.
-
Feb 13, 2012Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective is a true genius title. If you're looking for something unique and amazing do not hesitate, buy this.
-
Feb 7, 2012If the game would've sped up the dialogue, I don't think I would've had anything to complain about. Still, it's a minor blemish on an otherwise fantastic title.
-
Feb 7, 2012Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective gripped me right away, and held me in a strong grip for more than eight hours. Finding out what had happened soon became something I pondered when making dinner, or riding my bike to work. Few games has this effect on me, but this NDS classic certainly has the story few games can rival.
-
Feb 7, 2012Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective was a real jewel on the Nintendo DS and it's more so on the iOS platform, thanks to the high-resolution graphics and sounds. Don't miss it.
-
Feb 3, 2012A zany adventure with heart, humour, and a truly unique concept. If you missed this peerless cult classic on DS, do not let it pass you by again.
-
Mar 13, 2012Ghost Trick is a story about loneliness that leads to unnecessary aggression and stirs the appetite for revenge. It's a touching tale of kindness, loyalty, and redemption. Only after experiencing a shocking number of secrets at the very end, you will realize how many metaphors are hidden within this game. And it's enough to forgive Ghost Trick for its stringent linearity, unskippable cutscenes, and a penchant for overly chatty dialogue.
-
Mar 20, 2012Ghost Trick is a clever adventure where you travel into the past of deceased to solve intelligent puzzles in order to investigate your own death – very entertaining.
-
Feb 10, 2012Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective was an excellent game on the Nintendo DS and so it is on the iOS platform.
-
Feb 7, 2012The only problem here is that not everyone likes a talker. Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective's only real flaw (which is also, paradoxically enough, its strongest quality) is the fact that it is extremely heavy on the narrative. More than half of your time in the game will be spent reading.
-
Feb 3, 2012I'd highly recommend trying out more than just the first two chapters of GHOST TRICK: Phantom Detective. They're good, but just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what this game has to offer. Essential for those who like something different.
-
Feb 8, 2012As a whole, though, it's an elegantly crafted thriller that stands out as an original, charming and beautiful adventure. As an experience it's well worth the price of admission, but sadly Ghost Trick lets itself down with its overall simplicity and the disappointment of its crucial final act.
-
Feb 3, 2012Still the same innovative-but-flawed puzzler as on the DS, but now far cheaper and with even more attractive visuals.
