    The game seems to be such a faithful remaster, but its missing one key part, it does not play on consoles, yet strangely the original did. i will keep trying to play it on console, but i dont expect them to fix this anytime soon.

    Faithful Final fantasy fan and Loyal console player here. Absoloutly baffled to why this is only available on PC and PHONES! Come on, sort it out. Console fans are rightly pissed off with this. Chrono trigger and Chrono cross would be great as well please! So to sum up....Console version please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Please bring this and other pixel remasters to the Switch. I buy consoles to play games. Since we haven't been given a venue to express interest, this is how we can express interest.

    I want to play classic Final Fantasy games on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, not on PCs or smartphones.

    If this is your first experience with the game, I think you’ll find the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster version to be quite a worthy purchase. It feels its age in terms of story and themes, but it remains a solid RPG with some great beats. The results of turning in that particular item to Bahamut still gets me pumped to this day, and the initial sequence leading up to the bridge feels like the perfect way to kick off an adventure. There are better games in the series, to be sure, but the relative simplicity of this installment makes it well-suited for players who can’t devote their full attention to a more complex RPG. It’s a strong update to the original game, and I suspect we’ll be enjoying it for many years to come.
