    A kickabout in the park rather than a Wembley final, but a kickabout with compulsion loops designed to keep you playing until long after you've been called home for tea.

    FIFA Mobile is so focused on social connectivity, in-app purchases and so on than in football itself, so it's hard to enjoy if you just want to play a match.

    The company is probably tired of tinkering with what should be a surefire winner, but my personal hope is that EA keeps at it with FIFA, because it hasn’t found the right mobile formula for it yet, and its Maddenization is a step in the wrong direction.

    FIFA Mobile is all about opening pack of cards, while the real soccer action lies in the background and it’s also pretty disappointing.
