Jan 10, 2011This is a very fun science fiction game with a fun single player with a couple funny scenes, addictive multiplayer with bots and probably the best thing of this game, the mapmaker. You should definitly own this game.

SuperseanApr 2, 2005the best of them all, and they say the 1st player sucks, except it was greatly improved from timesplitters 2 and is longer, harder, interesting, hilarious and just rules!

MattR.Jan 30, 2006I thought this series has been lacking in a good story up until now. Story mode acually had a story this time, and a pretty good one, I thought. The multiplayer has endless possibilities, and I find myself playing it for hours on end. Even though both TS2 and Future Perfect are impossible to complete even 60% of, let alone 100%, they are loads of fun even after the 1000th time through.

JullianS.Mar 26, 2005This game rocks man! It is way better than Halo and Halo2 because it has a better multiplayer, better characters and both Halos don't have a mapmaker! Halo copied the first TimeSplitters with the 16 player, they suck!!

AlanC.Jul 12, 2006This game is the best multiplayer game ever created for the Cube. The crazy characters made the game hilarious yet the gameplay was tense at times. The bots added to the game was a great idea and adds a lot more fun to team deathmatches and other multiplayer modes.

HafnhafOct 11, 2005This beats Halo out in many places more weapons, way more characters(150 to be exact), It may now be online but does halo have bots that u cud face in multiplayer if ur alone!

May 28, 2012A lot of fun with friends.

Sep 21, 2018Not as good as Timesplitters 2, but still an incredible game. The story mode is a bit more complex and still contains the great sense of humor that the second did, and the multiplayer is still a lot of fun.

Jan 20, 2013Great classic game. Anyone who plays shooters should pick it up. Good luck finding it though. It contains things that you just cannot find in other shooting games today. Actually fun weapons characters and a story that remembers games are supposed to be fun and not... well... always having to be call of duty.
-
Oct 4, 2013I think that its a great game and the only thing wrong withit is that u can't play online.....can't wait for timersplitters rewind comes out for the next systems at least online will be available there

Every aspect of the game feels polished and ready to go, whether it's the single-player story, the online multiplayer, the numerous unlockables, or the custom mapmaker. This is one of those rare Jack-of-all-trades that has actually mastered them all.

Edge MagazineAs forgettable as the story mode is, this is a game that should be judged by the pleasure it can bring to a room full of gamers eager for furious arena combat and a splendid variety of team games. And judged by those criteria, it has few peers. [Apr 2005, p.94]

games(TM)Almost exactly what we wanted it to be. Story mode and single-player antics are diverting enough but the game excels in multiplayer, offering fast-paced thrills that only the highlights of the "Unreal" series can really contest. [March 2005, p.122]
