I love this game. I love the quirky humor of it. The graphics are astounding. I only wish it were for more players. The gameplay is pretty good.

Chickens- those stupid chicken levels. What were they thinking! I made an omlet out of this game and it gave me indigestion!

One of the first Gamecube games I've had the pleasure of playing, and after a recent replay all the way through, this still was a joy to find myself drawn into this world's locations, gameplay, and top-notch graphics for its time. While its humor does land, its sense of irreverence toward certain cultural stereotypes, and sort-of anti-climactic finale, might be my only nit-picks.

  1. It has all the standard components of traditional platform titles but disguises them with clever game design, intuitive character interaction, and constant humor.
  2. Tak is incredibly fun to play.

The main problem that Tak And The Power Of Juju has is persuading gamers that it is not a game aimed merely at a young audience and that there is plenty of challenge here whatever your age.
