AceGamezThe gameplay is very basic, the story is almost non-existent, the sound isn't what it should be and the graphics are okay but have their drawbacks. Yet my nine-year-old sister loved Hello Kitty Roller Rescue to bits. Its simple, it's accessible and it's very rewarding - because you can unlock new costumes for Kitty.
-
For the adolescent girls it's targeted at, the game does a fine job at capturing the cuteness of the Sanrio universe in video game form.
-
Geared towards the adolescent gamer, this game will still have Sanrio fans of all ages swooning with delight at the chance to take control of the Kitty herself.
-
An incredibly good "gateway" game. If you want to take a child away from their Dora the Explorer and Barbie games and guide them into the more difficult, more rewarding games that the older children play, Hello Kitty Roller Rescue is the game to do it with.
-
It's actually fun for someone who A.) Loves Hello Kitty B.) Hates alien invaders and C.) Loves to kill aliens while on roller skates.
-
While the basic gameplay concepts are put to good use, poor design muddies what potential there was. If you're a die-hard Sanrio fan, though, this is definitely worth a playthrough.
-
Nintendo PowerGuilty pleasures aside, though, Hello Kitty: Roller Rescue falls flat. While the surreal, candy-colored world looks nice, the game mechanics are unresponsive and shallow. [Oct 2005, p.99]
-
Hello Kitty Roller Rescue can be summed up in four words: bright, pink, short, easy. This colorful GameCube adventure, clearly aimed at children and fans of the popular characters, delivers a cute fracas that should delight its intended audience.
-
The actual game is an uninspired snooze fest that not only insults the popular franchise but its target audience as well.

Oct 17, 2020This game kidnapped all of my family members and took my only copy of garfield kart. Bad Gam I would want it to not exist if I were it.
