Between Ty's 'rang antics and the vehicle action, there's a great diversity in the gameplay that should make Sonic Team stand up and take notice.
-
A cute and fun platformer with lots of variety. The item collecting could be more fun, but the other aspects are engaging, especially the bunyip machine levels.
-
AceGamezWhile a certain blue hedgehog has pretty much stagnated over the years, Ty is like a blast of cool air that hits you on a steamy summer day then goes away, leaving you wanting even more.
-
Overall, if you are aching for a new platformer on your GBA, or just love the Ty series in general, then you will not want to miss out on his latest adventure.
-
What makes Ty 3 unique and ultimately satisfying are the many instances within the game in which players get to step out of Ty's shoes and instead take the reins of a giant robot, helicopter, or fighter plane.
-
I recommend Ty 3, but only if you've ran through all of the other good to great platform games on the Game Boy Advance, because in good conscience I won't tell you to buy this over "Super Mario Bros. 3."
