As close to the console versions as you possible can get. The games visuals are very well done and the sound is pretty cool in itself.
-
The game's particularly ruthless A.I can offset the fun a little. Surviving certain levels is tough enough, but having to do it over and over to complete all the objectives borders on the inhumane.
-
Game InformerShort but sweet; put Spy Hunter down as one of life's nice little surpises. [June 2002, p.87]
-
It's not badly done action. I only wish it was arranged better. Not in need of more explosions, not utterly boring and certainly not bad-looking; it's just, regrettably, dry.
-
Nintendo PowerRuns like a well-oiled machine. [Sept 2002, p.168]
-
A great-looking game, though the gameplay can start to wear thin pretty quickly.
-
GameNowThe graphics are muddy and blocky, making it difficult to tell what's happening, even with the brightness turned all the way up. [June 2002, p.86]
