SomeoneJun 11, 2005This is the best idea for a game I've ever seen and it has a possible 27,000 weapons to attach to your ship (literally) because there are three different types of gun data to mix together and there are 30 of each type wich adds up to 27,000 possibilities.

J.W.Aug 21, 2005I love shooters... but getting all the way to a boss, dying, and finding you have to start back at the BEGINNING of a level gets very old, very fast. Do yourself a favor and pick up Gradius Generation (or possibly Iridion 2) if you want a good GBA shooter.

Aug 15, 2013Such a really good game, the story, the characters, the weird mix of side-scroll shooter and an RPG was really awesome, I know it's not gonna happen but I love to see a sequel, this title has so much potential

netjakA good idea ruined by a design team that tried to get too cute. This game would have been a classic if they worked the upgrade system on your craft's gunnery into your planetside firearm, and gave you, the character stats and upgradeables as well.

An intriguing idea on paper, but the shooter and RPG elements just don't mesh that well. If the shooter side had more exciting, thumb-blistering action, it would have compensated for the rest of this dull package.

The result, though a little awkward, is a hybrid with neither the depth of a true RPG nor the frenetic pace and art design of a pure-bred shooter. Both sides of the experience are fun, but less than stellar.
