This is a fun, but short game. This is a well designed, solid Frogger game. It has some good puzzles and level design. But the game overall is a bit short, especially if you know what to do. I've been able to beat the game in under an hour. I've had it for years, so I know what to do. It can take longer if you don't know, but it's still kind of short. The worst offender are probably the designs; using the Great Quest designs, the character portraits look awful and the 3D-2D sprites of the goblins looked horrendous on a GBA. It's prone to also have numerous perspective issues with it's cliffs and drop offs where its unclear what plane you're supposed to hop to. The game's a bit on the short side, but the ride to the end is an extremely fun one.
  2. It is the best 2D Frogger out there so far. The gameplay is up-to-date and addictive.

A fun, lighthearted romp that expands on an arcade classic instead of spoiling it. [Spring 2002, p.39]
