This title features surprisingly solid gameplay reminiscent of SNKs "Metal Slug" series.
-
The levels are fast-paced and exciting, with lots of non-bloody mayhem. However, the game offers limited replay value, and will be too difficult for many younger players.
-
TotalGames.netOkay, so were still stuck with crap passwords and not even a difficulty level to boost lastability, but if the movie was a hit with you, then this perfect platformer is one spin-off thats worth shelling out for.
-
A quality action title with outstanding artwork and animation.
-
Game InformerYes, it is a platformer; but the excellenet play mechanics coupled with the unlockable movie clips and smooth character animations make this title a pleasant surprise. [August 2002, p.91]
-
Play MagazineThis game is made for seasoned gamers, and those kids with exceptional skills. [Aug 2002, p.76]
-
A surprisingly deep and challenging game. The different styles of play keep things fresh and the graphics are great.
-
Nintendo PowerAll eight levels are surprisingly challenging and intense. [Aug 2002, p.146]
-
I have two minor complaints--Stitch can't fire when crouched, which would make the game a lot easier. That's my second beef--as shooters go it's pretty challenging.
-
The best thing about Lilo & Stitch is the wonderful animation given to the characters.
-
For an older, previously exposed group of kids, Disneys Lilo & Stitch will extract resounding approvals and applause.
