Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga is a fun game but nothing truly great. Graphics are okay, and the whole Lego thing makes the game a lot of fun visually. Combat and the occasional puzzles are fun but simple and clearly designed for little children. Hunting for collectibles and unlocking all the characters and other bonus content provides a fair bit of fun. Replayability is pretty good because each stage has a total of 11 different collectibles (10 Lego canisters and one red power brick) to hunt down. Lego Star Wars includes numerous minigames that are unlocked by collecting red power bricks, and a few of these minigames are really fun. All in all, Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga is a fun but fairly mediocre game that would have gotten a seven. However, I am giving it a ten in an effort to rebalance the user score. Some total a$$hole decided to give six totally useless and childishly written reviews, all accompanied by scores of 0(see reviews by JackB, MadisonC, TessL, JamesH, anonymous, and CameronZ, all posted on September 24, 2008). All these reviews were posted on the same date by users with the same username styles, leaving me with no doubt that they were all posted by the same person, who probably never even played the game and just decided it looked dumb. Also, there is no telling how many bad rating this a$$hole gave the game without writing reviews. As I am writing this review, Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga has a user score of 4.8, but know that in reality, consumer reception has been significantly more positive- just how positive it really has been is impossible to say. A$$holes really messed this one up. Expand

This game is not a perfect game by any means, it has bugs and is far worse than the games of the same title on playstation/xbox/wii. One of the most fun games on the DS (don't mistake this for the terrible Lego Star Wars: Original Trilogy). Romping around as General Grievous with 4 light-sabres is so much fun.

I don't have a clue why so many people like this game. It really destroyed the reputation of Star Wars games to me. It should never have been put into creation in the first place. 0 out of 10 for me.

As a girl, I expected this non violent type of video game to be interesting but I was terribly wrong. For my birthday I had a choice of this or some perfume. I made the worst error of my life. Lucky I refunded it and got the perfume I wanted.

This game honesly has no quality what so ever. It's boring, immature and a complete waste of time. I refunded it and gave the money to charity instead. At least I put the money into good use.

If you are under 10 years old and have never seen something better than Sega's games before this may seem right for you. If you live in the civilized world, stay away from this. This game is an epic fail.

The DS port for this game is horrific. It removes many of the good aspects and some of the good features from the game and combines it with unappealing combat, barf-inducing cutscenes, and is really easy. If you really like moving lego people around and remembering what the console version experience was like... then sure, this is a good port.
    But no, it really isnt.
Even if this game was an achievement in 2007, it wasnt half the game that the other consoles had.
In 2020 its that much more unplayable, and worse yet.. all of these things just drag on you and make replayability impossible.
And THAT.. is inexcusable for a lego game. These are supposed to be fun, lite little romps into a franchise. Not work.

He also loves that you can unlock playable characters and enjoys playing as Darth Maul etc.

He's not the only one who enjoys the game though, as his Daddy I've played the game quite a bit myself and really enjoyed it. I haven't played the console or PC version, so can't compare, but this is a very entertaining game and the DS implementation is very good. Now I just need to earn the 800,000 studs so he can unlock General Grievous...

A fantastic port of the console version of LEGO Star Wars: TCS onto the DS. The amazing combination of the previous 2 Lego games. This game has a huge amount of content . The huge amount of characters, the great levels, the blasters are fun to use, The game looks great especially for a DS title. The cut scenes are great and entertaining, even if they are simple compared to the console cut scenes.

I'm trying to fix the reviews because of the 6 identical 0's given out. I will do this until the game reaches a 6.5 because that is what the game would be at if their reviews were removed. I believe it deserves more than that but that is the most fair way to do it.
