Ultimate NES Remix brings the terrific NES Remix series to the 3DS, making the leap from console to mobile with consummate ease. Ultimate NES Remix feels right at home on 3DS, with the variety and challenge breathing new life into some of Nintendo’s most iconic titles. I don’t think it matters who you are: if you like video games, you will love Ultimate NES Remix.

It's still as fun and addictive as the original titles, but it feels a little pricey taking into account there is less content than in the two (cheaper) Wii U games.

Ultimate NES Remix is a funny take on Nintendo classics that still works its magic, but Nintendo could have been way more generous. This is a not-so-polished compilation that lacks something (e.g. Miiverse support and stamps) compared to the original Wii U games.

A ton of fun and a good (re)introduction to Nintendo’s 8-Bit classics. Even though it has slight hints of a double rehash, Ultimate NES Remix is still an addicting throwback to the glory days of the Nintendo Entertainment system.

Ultimate NES Remix is a nifty collection for the Nintendo 3DS. It isn't the full featured package of your dreams, but the games they have chosen are quite playable and make for a great way to spend your time.

However I would have loved it even more if they had full copies of the games from the NES. But it's still pretty fun and entertaining, and once you know how to play the games, it gets better and better. Nintendo did well on this one. Full Review »

Do you want to be told to do menial tasks in classic video games that just make you wish you were actually playing the game? Well then this game is for you! With tasks ranging from jump on a goomba to taking the sword in the beginning of The Legend of Zelda, you'll jump for joy as the mind-numbingly obvious instructions practically insult your intelligence.

Honestly, there's no need for you to buy this game. Just play the originals. The lousy "remixed" stages are just parts of the original game with elements from other games thrown in so lazily that it barely affects the gameplay at all.

Seriously, just go into the virtual store in the eshop and buy the originals.
