Jul 24, 2015This is seriously my favorite 3DS game right now - it has had me hooked for hours! I really enjoy this game on my "NEW" 3DS! If you have the new version of the 3DS, please give this a try!

Dec 11, 2015If you're a fan of The Binding of Isaac : Rebirth, you might appreciate the 3DS version of it, especially if you don't own a Vita. It provide a great enough experience of the game on the move.
However, even with Nicalis fixes, the game isn't completely fluid and this version of the game is less interesting than for other platforms. -
Jul 28, 2015The Binding of Isaac Rebirth is my go-to game when I want something familiar but new. Detach yourself from the subject matter and it's great dungeon-crawler with lots of replayability.

Jan 12, 2016Playable only on the New 3DS models, this RPG shooter is every bit as addictive and innovative (and controversial) as you've heard. Be sure to have the latest version downloaded (or a patch) from the Nintendo eShop as its initial release was quite buggy.

Apr 5, 2017On release, I heard it was very buggy and I would believe so knowing Nicalis' track record. But as of writing this review, I'm not having any problems. Yes, it's only rebirth, but I really enjoy having this on the go. It's perfect for the job. For 15$ (pretty cheap for the amount of enjoyment) I would recommend it to most people.

Dec 28, 2015This game features a wide amount of content and a very challenging gameplay which is certain to keep players busy for some time. However, it's very difficult to understand why this game is exclusively released on the eShop of the New 3DS, as its visual environment does not seem to justify this decision.
-
Nov 9, 2015The core Binding of Isaac experience translates extremely well on 3DS and remains as engrossing as ever. It's just a pity further opportunities weren't explored to take advantage of Nintendo's unique hardware.

Sep 4, 2015It's also worth noting that this is the second piece of software that's exclusive to the New 3DS, so if you're itching to get some use out of the thing, Binding of Isaac: Rebirth is your only other option after Xenoblade.
