After the first 2 Hours it was more Talk between the Characters than Fighting because the AI is Way way to weak. Expand

Disappointing gameplay outside of robot battles. Game gets boring as you get farther in. I understand the need for team gameplay but I wasn't very excited to be playing other characters without a choice.

Despite the occasional clunkiness in battles, there is a well-developed battle system lurking beneath the surface that really just needed a bit more polish. Unfortunately, there's a lot of crippling little details between the battles, systems, and presentation that add up to a very lukewarm start for the series outside of Japan.

LBX: Little Battlers Experience has an excellent core, I just wish that Level-5 swapped out a few of the materials to make the game truly worth owning.

Praise for Level-5, as it was about time to bring Little Battlers eXperience to the European market. Its fluid and fun combat, along with the degree of robot customization will bring many hours of fun, which could only benefit from an online multiplayer mode and from a more elaborate plot.
