    One of the best Kirby games. A great 2.5D platformer, with great production values. One of the best games on the 3DS, it deserved a much better metacritic score. Underrated.

    It is not challenging by any means, but it is fun and relaxing. Totally worth it if you are a fan of platform games and/or Kirby.

    This game is an absolute joy. It's got the charm and wonder of games like K64 and Epic Yarn, without sacrificing the awesome movesets the classic Kirby Super Star introduced. It's simply an enjoyable experience. It takes what Return to Dreamland attempted but really polishes the gameplay elements. Everything melds a lot more harmoniously in this game. It takes what Return to Dreamland attempted but really polishes the gameplay elements. Everything melds a lot more harmoniously in this game. The Extra fighter mode is frantic and fun. A good way to ease a Smash appetite a bit until the actual game comes out. You've got unlockable modes that provide some more remix of the main game experience, and extra harder boss rush. Plenty of keychains to collect and enjoyable enough I can see myself replaying it. the MUSIC IS AWESOME. It's also the best looking game on the 3DS hands down. It's lush, uses the 3D amazingly, and with the added layers, really enhances some of the exploration and collection. Kirby games are entry level titles but after 22 years, it's easy to see why he still appeals to so many, young and old.

    The Kirby franchise's mission is that it's completion be accomplished by anyone. It's was to be a great entry level title in an era of really brutal and often non-welcoming NES and gameboy titles. It was pretty revolutionary at the time. However players of all skill levels have enjoyed the series immensely. Kirby games manage to be engaging regardless of their ease for many people. Their charming worlds, the fun and quirky nature of Kirby's powers, and the high quality of it's visuals and music make gamers happy. Kirby really helped me enjoy gaming as a kid. At the time I felt Dreamland was a lot longer and harder than it actually was. Now I can beat the original in 5 minutes top. Still it gave me the confidence to play more single player games on my own. Now I'm a Monster Hunter fanatic and have played a slew of much harder titles, but I still adore the pink puff ball. As a huge fan, I'd say Kirby's Triple Deluxe is amongst my favorite Kirby games. It stand tall and proud beside the Kirby Super Star classic, in my heart.    … Expand

    Another installment in one of my favorite franchises of all time that naturally does great as a Kirby game, while bringing new things to the table to make itself unique. If you were on the fence about getting a 3DS all this time for some reason, now is the time to get one.

    Also my score is supposed to say 12/10 but this site won't let me go higher.

    I bought my 3ds xl just for some games like m3hu bravely default zelda,monster hunter 4 ultimate (2015) and KIRBY TRIPLE deluxe. ( I'd seen some trailers many months ago and I definitely wanted this game). After I bought it I play it every day,I consider it a "relax and delighting moment" . Very coloured and delightful graphic,which make you addicted to the game,til you finish it.     I had only given Kirby a few hours over the past 20 years and now because of this game I feel like I have been missing out on some real greatness. At first the game was super easy and offered no real challenge, yet it's compelling enough to continue based on the chipper music and colourful scenery. These are the warm up levels. All of the keychains you collect offer glimpses into the past Kirby library, and there are hundreds of them to collect, although not necessary. Also, finding the sunstones is fun, but not essential to collect them all (in case you can't figure out some of them). These aspects offer a tonne of replay, and make the game very hard to put down for completists. It's tough to play the game in public because the music is so great you'll crank it full blast, This is also one of the best 3D games visually, the amount of care and detail makes it feel like HD. Triple Deluxe is an all-ages gateway drug into the Kirby universe.… Expand

    Kirby: Triple Deluxe is a fantastic entry in the series, with new, unique abilities, interesting bosses, references to older games like The Amazing Mirror,and Return To Dreamland, with interesting collectibles and amazing challenges. The bosses were interesting and had the return of old bosses like Kracko, (spoilers) Masked Dedede, and Dark Meta Knight. The mini games are amazing, withKirby: Triple Deluxe is a fantastic entry in the series, with new, unique abilities, interesting bosses, references to older games like The Amazing Mirror,and Return To Dreamland, with interesting collectibles and amazing challenges. The bosses were interesting and had the return of old bosses like Kracko, (spoilers) Masked Dedede, and Dark Meta Knight. The mini games are amazing, with Kirby Fighters, combining Smash Bros with Kirby, Dedede's Drum Bash, a well done rhythm game, Dedede's Tour, which gave players the chance to play as King Dedede, and both The Arena/ True Arena. With great music that will be remembered for years after the games released, and though getting 100% is not worth it in my opinion, being a remake of the Kirby Master video from Return To Dreamland, it is still a great game in the series.… Expand

    This game is a blast! My girlfriend who never play video game love it. The animation and the music is top of the chart! I own so many video games I'm lost some time. I enjoy this game every time! A must buy for Nintendo Fan!

    Kirby Triple Deluxe is a great platformer with amazing gameplay, soundtrack, level design, storyline, extra games, and secrets that will keep you playing for a long time. I recommend this game for any nintendo fan to pick up.

    Kirby Triple Deluxe is one of the best Kirby games out there. The graphics are cool, the gameplay is addicting, and all the abilities are awesome. The main new addition is Hyper nova Kirby where you turn rainbow colors and suck really big things. My favorite ability is the sword. It has that Super Smash Bros. feel to it. My favorite mode is Kirby Fighters where you choose what ability youKirby Triple Deluxe is one of the best Kirby games out there.     Kirbys back and better than ever. Now i heard complaints about this game about it being too short or too easy, but thats not the point. Triple Deluxe has great controls, great visuals, great level design, and it still has that Kirby charm. Don't be fooled by first impressions! It will grow on you and you will find yourself playing it for hours

    This game looks absolutely amazing on the New 3DS. Kirby is Kirby and the gameplay is solid throughout. I noticed things started to get progressively more difficult around the 30%+ point. Very enjoyable Kirby title and highly recommended.

    Fantastic addition to the Kirby collection. Kirby is back and ready for fun, the 3D is awesome on Triple Deluxe. This game can be enjoyed by all ages and by all types of gamers. Kirby can do it all, Kirby can be easy or hard, and Triple Deluxe has something for everyone. This is one of the best games on the 3DS, cant wait for more.

    My favorite platformer on the 3DS and kirby game I've played so far, great value for money as not only do you get the epic sucking power stealing 3D platformer but also two bonus games that include a Smash clone that uses almost all Kirby's forms in a single card download multi player if you have a friend with you and a dedede drum jumping mini game =D

    a good game for the 3DS highly entertaining. This game is super fun you guys, new areas, new skills, new bosses, innovative gameplay, I like this game though as it is a bit short, if there is a 3ds buy this game , very worthy of the money you spent .

    This game is one of the best games released for the 3ds. It makes good use of the 3D function on the system. The level design and overall atmosphere is astounding, and don't even get me started on how good the music is! This is the best Kirby game I've ever played and may rival the best 3ds game I've ever played. I highly recommend this game to anyone that loves video games. You'll have a blast!

    Wenn Leute sagen Das verlorene Land ist das beste Kirby Spiel dann sagt nein es ist definitiv Kirby Triple Deluxe mal neben der Tatsache das, das Spiel meine Kindheit ist, ist es außerdem das Spiel das die Kirby Reihe perfekt reflektiert. Es ist in jedem Punkt das perfekte Kirby Spiel und nichts wird es jemals toppen können.

    +Gameplay is more like Kirby Super Star featuring the return of the guard/defend ability, the health bar and the capability of keeping a ability after being hit (takes a few hits to lose ability)
    +New mini games included out of the main game such as Kirby Fighters which allow you to play as Kirby with a special ability and fight against other Kirbys ala Super Smash Bros style - there's also a Dedede music Rhythm game as well.
    +The Arena mode returns which allows you to fight bosses back to back
    +Dedede Tour is a time attack mode which lets you play as King Dedede alongside the ability to fight a exclusive returning boss just for this mode
    +There are new abilities first time appearing in the series along with that return of several abilities some of which were from Super Star
    +Gyro controls are used in some aspects of the game's levels and stages
    +There are "Keychains" which can be collected from different stages and are randomly obtained from goal games. These are like the achievements for the game. They consists of different items or characters from the entire Kirby series
    +There is a lot of cameo and easter eggs from previous games throughout all the stages.

It's the game was developed for the ground-up to the 3DS (unlike Kid Icarus, Luigi's Mansion...) since the 3D is na active element for the level design, I    Altought it was never on my priority list, I got the chance to buy Triple Deluxe and WOW, it was much better than I expected.
    But the main reason why I'm post this is to discuss how the game FEELS and PLAYS tailor-made for the 3DS. It's the game was developed for the ground-up to the 3DS (unlike Kid Icarus, Luigi's Mansion...) since the 3D is na active element for the level design, I would never play it with 3D turned off, i'ts THAT good - I'm playing on the N3DS. The gyro, the minigames, it all blends wonderfully with the hardware. his is a game that would suffer if ported to anothe system (wii-u for exemple)
    another quick impressions:
    -Game's not super easy, It sits at the same level of Dream Land and Dream Land 2 - with much improved gameplay.
    -Better than Return to Dream Land on the Wii, better level design and transformations.
    -Sound track is amazing with good headphones, lots of bass that doesn't appear on the tiny speakers

    If you have a 3DS, I think you should give it a try, it feels very unique on the console... a must-own!    … Expand

    For those looking for the classic Kirby experience Triple Deluxe certainly satisfies. The core gameplay is the same as that we loved and the charm and enjoyment. The Kirby fighters mode was definitely a welcome addition and will hold us over for SSB.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Kirby Triple Deluxe is a great 3DS game and shows what the system is capable of. Although the game's main story might be too short, (around 7-8 hours collecting all sun stones) the other game modes make the game even longer and worth it, such as Dedede Tour, where you play all 6 Worlds in a short amount of time as King Dedede, and a boss rush mode. Kirby Fighters is a fun diversion where you get to choose one of 10 powerups and duke it out with other Kirby's. You can play a single-player esque campaign or play with your friends, local or download play. Dedede's Drum Dash is a really tricky minigame that has you controlling King Dedede bouncing to the rhythm. It is awkward to control, but the music is great though. Speaking of music, the soundtrack is absolutely amazing, with the boss themes being standout examples. The bosses in this game are outstandingly creative, with Flowery Woods, the first boss in the game, giving a really good impression. Although slightly too easy, Kirby Triple Deluxe is a fun platformer with outstanding music and lots of extra content to make this worth a purchase.… Expand

    I've never played a Kirby game with the exception of Kirby Air Ride for the Nintendo Gamecube so this experience was very new to me and very enjoyable. The platforming is simple to learn and manages to renew itself with each stage to keep the game feeling fresh. There are numerous abilities to use throughout the game all of which are fun and have multiple moves allowing for a high replayI've never played a Kirby game with the exception of Kirby Air Ride for the Nintendo Gamecube so this experience was very new to me and very enjoyable. The platforming is simple to learn and manages to renew itself with each stage to keep the game feeling fresh. There are numerous abilities to use throughout the game all of which are fun and have multiple moves allowing for a high replay value to try out certain abilities on certain stages. The puzzles in the game aren't too hard or too easy making it enjoyable for all ages. The use of the tilt mechanic is also used well but perhaps the best feature of the game was the use of the background and foreground. Many stages use both areas to maximize game play value and it does a great job with allowing the player the opportunity to interact with both. Key-chains are a great addition that will have any person who likes to beat the game 100% come back over and over again until they get that perfect number. There are also many Sun Stones to collect and some are easily missed adding a degree of difficulty to the game. The multiplayer is a great deal of fun and is reminiscent of Super Smash Bros which is a good thing seeing how Nintendo is releasing the 3DS title soon. Dedede's Drum mini game is fun and challenging and also adds to the game's replay value.… Expand

    I've always loved Kirby from the bottom of my heart, and I always believe the critics are always underestimating Kirby! Upon receiving Triple Deluxe, I decided to open it at once! Drum dash was one thing I played all night. And of course, the new concept of Kirby fights Kirby. It has all the abilities I would have ever imagined (Except for maybe sand...) and really pushes on the effortsI've always loved Kirby from the bottom of my heart, and I always believe the critics are always underestimating Kirby! Upon receiving Triple Deluxe, I decided to open it at once! Drum dash was one thing I played all night. And of course, the new concept of Kirby fights Kirby. It has all the abilities I would have ever imagined (Except for maybe sand...) and really pushes on the efforts of HAL Laboratories to make an amazing game series. One problem though: The 3D of any 3DS game strains my eyes SO MUCH!! You can turn the 3D off, but I still regret getting a 3DS instead of a 2DS.… Expand
