    AquaMoto Racing 3D is a fun little racing game for quick bursts on the go that's made a comfortable transition from phone to 3DS, though, unfortunately, has not made the best use of the 3D in its name.

    AquaMoto Racing 3D certainly fills a hole in the water racing genre, but ultimately it’s a shallow reflection of other jet ski greats and lacks the variety and imagination of its water-borne brethren.

    Aqua Moto Racing 3D suffers from a number of technical problems. Much better to choose to the iOS version, rather than spending ten Euros in a racing game floundering in the waves.

    Aqua Moto Racing 3D has good intentions, and in its better moments will bring waves of nostalgia and earn some affection in its own right, with fun racing and a kicking soundtrack to match. And then it judders and creaks, course designs confuse, and the fluidity that so benefits a game like this is lost in a sea of poor optimisation.
