This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This show started great, had lots of inaccurate timeline and character placement. I ignored there adaptations and enjoyed most of everything til season 3. Then just like every show they have to have the social connection to the gen z kids that are always on their damn phone. On top of that, they made aqualad gay, dont change key points of characters. He's not gay for a reason. The worst part of this show is "black" lightning", he's the "us to" BS that no one wanted to see. They are using him to replace static shock which they completely down play his character and power as well as his origin. If you like you political outreach programs then this is the show for you. The fact that they make black lightning the leader of the justice league, is just insulting to DC and everyones childhood. This is why marvel comics is better than DC they actually stick to 90% of their ****… Expand
