This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. First season had 5 excellent episodes. The coordination of writers between episodes was sloppy. Often the viewer is given key fact in later episodes out of nowhere: Taiesa squabble with her lover in wilderness, Jackie well aware that shauna cheated with her boyfriend etc. The whodunnit on the blackmail was unbelievable. I made it through the season but was an effort.… Expand

I'm not usually one to "binge watch" shows but if the episodes of this show were all available I would've definitely watched it all in less than a day.

From the summary, I thought this was another YA show. Bunch of girls having to survive in the wilderness. And that is in there, pretty well done, too, but it is more about the horror of growing up and the horror of being a grown up, whichFrom the summary, I thought this was another YA show. And that is in there, pretty well done, too, but it is more about the horror of growing up and the horror of being a grown up, which sounds bleak, but it is done in an interesting and charming way. If it wants to, the show can be very sweet, genuinely funny, exciting, but also sad, puzzling, dark and violent, without overdoing any of it.
The show looks great, the music and soundtrack fit perfectly, and from kids to adults, just amazing performances.
I assume this is a show where you pretty quickly find out if you like it or not. I think it it a blast.… Expand

Wow! I wasn’t sure I’d like it after a friend recommended it. I mean a story about a teenage girls’ soccer team… Turns out it’s so much more. One of the best series ever made!

Lost is one of my all time shows and I was extremely excited about this! Started really well, but sadly I found as the season went on it's turned out to be a bit more lightweight than I was expecting. It's alright but not great.
