Summary: Jessie is a lady who loves having "big hair" (Think Peg Bundy or Sylvia Fine) and dressing in outfits she's had since the 1980's. Jessie's friends want her to join them in the 21st century. The best part of the show is when Jessie takes Nick's toned down cut and tells her hairdresser (who nominated her) to put it back the way it was!
