While his problems serve to humanize him, there are times when they also overwhelm the story. And though Branagh plays each flaw and foible extremely well, the cumulative effect can be a bit tiresome. Read full review

This is a brilliant show. It is what Sherlock wishes it could be - smart. There's no sex appeal and it is realistic sure, but being only mildly believable and filled with boobs should not be the defining monuments of a successful series.
