Feb 27, 2021Wow, what a way to kill a fond memory of Walker, Texas Ranger... The show is 90% very poor and boring, over acted drama that we've seen on so many failed shows. The original had action (often overdone but that's what made it popular). This show is trying to do everything - a little bit of action but a LOT of PC drama trying to do everything and anything. Not a fan.

Jan 23, 2021Guess the real problem here is the boredom. No intresting characters, no actions scenes and no crime! And I think is a little overacted sometimes. Not gonna watch it again but I hope the best for the cast

Jan 30, 2021I don't really know how to explain without sounding mean. It's not a reboot. If you look at it from a sociopolitical and sociocritical view, it's just not good, especially in this century. And sadly Jareds acting is average.

Feb 13, 2021The show is boring. Dialogues are stupid. Too bad caste. It's just that the actors don't take out the series. not suitable for roles.

Feb 11, 2021The pilot spent most of its time introducing its characters and setting up a plot. In my opinion this show is going to be great. Jared is an incredible actor, and its cast well. I've already got my theories after one episode. It's fresh, and spoke to a variety of emotions which is what brings you into a show and keeps you interested.

Mar 18, 2021Walker deals with up to date social agendas in modern Texas -- gender, racial, immigrant issues, while raveling the mysterious death of a ranger's wife and going through emotional family drama and familial reunion that everyone would like.

Apr 16, 2021Jared Padalecki does a solid job performing and I feel that the emotions conveyed through the tone and his acting are great. Other actors did well too. The drama feels real enough and it makes sense to me.
I always found wild west and Texas rangers to be cool. -

Feb 11, 2021Though you can't replace Chuck Norris and his karate, this show comes pretty close! I enjoyed the pilot, the characters and it left me wanting to watch the next episode. Love that actors from other great series are in this one. Highly recommend!

Jan 22, 2021Walker is a show with great potential, since it has very well written background story for it's characters. The characters are complex, without weighting on the show's fluidity. The acting is on point and I can't wait to see more of the dynamic between Cordell and Micki, but also Cordell and his brother, Liam.

Apr 22, 2021This is binge watching material. Great story. I cannot wait for more episodes!

May 3, 2021I like it, I like it a lot. I keep coming back and I feel it wasn't for not.

Feels more like a family drama than a butt-kicking crime show.

Once things settled down, we appreciated the thoughtful approach of the new series. ... Padalecki’s version of Cordell Walker has a real family situation he needs to address, all the while trying to protect his home state from drug cartels and other bad guys. It’s a refreshing new take on a character that was very one-dimensional in the 1990s.

Its first outing seems unsteady and uncertain, surprisingly so for a franchise that has historically traded on certitude.
