Summary:
When the president of a rival PMC is killed by a sniper the shot is so spectacular that the police believe that only Rudra could have pulled it off. As the assassinations continue it becomes clear that it is not Rudra that is responsible but a former comrade and lover. It then falls to him to stop her before she can kill Acron's own President.
