All three leading play their roles perfectly, as do the supporting cast. Great story, had us gripped from start to finish.

this was sooo good. to be discredited after an assault is the most horrible thing and very well captured here. It addresses the issue very well and exposes many of the terrible and abusive tactics used by the authorities when dealing with cases of rape and sexual assault but also has problems because extends things a lot in part because there are manyIt addresses the issue very well and exposes many of the terrible and abusive tactics used by the authorities when dealing with cases of rape and sexual assault but also has problems because extends things a lot in part because there are many moments where the story wanders too much, losing the straigh path, besides the mix of genres and narratives doesn't always work smoothly. Especially since the consequences of the attack only focus on one character despite the existence of more victims and they only relate their experience when the story needs it. That's why it feels unbalanced.

For the rest it works fine, it's very compelling, it makes you angry and moves you at the same time.

And the performances are quite solid. Kaitlyn Dever is mentioned a lot and although I applaud her work because it's pretty good, in my opinion both Toni Collette and Merritt Wever are the ones who steal the show.

5 or 6 episodes would have been more concise, nonetheless this miniseries it's among the best shows Netflix has in its catalogue right now.… Expand

finally we can associate the lovely figure of the very talented Kaitlyn Dever with something different from Last Man Standing. She's the main role in this limited series which it should be a mandatory viewing to all, men and women. Author did an amazing job and the 8 episodes will fly faster than you can imagine. notable work also for the other two women, the detectives, brilliantly chosen as almost all cast. it's an emotional and tragically actual very well shaped story, but is really easy to view and you will never bored for a single minute.… Expand

Totally binged this show in one day. Wow - this show totally blew away. First rate acting, writing, directing and production values. Merritt Wever and Toni Collette are amazing as always, but Kaitlyn Dever just broke my heart to pieces.Totally binged this show in one day. Wow - this show totally blew away. First rate acting, writing, directing and production values. Merritt Wever and Toni Collette are amazing as always, but Kaitlyn Dever just broke my heart to pieces. It takes an important subject and handles it with care and class without being preachy. The show is definitely hard to watch at times and moves early on at slow, methodical pace, but then builds momentum towards an emotional finale that is one of the most satisfying endings of any show I've seen in recent memory. Get out the tissues.… Expand

It is a great detective series with some drama parts. Plot is quite simple: There is a guy who has commited several crimes and he has a good knowledge of his work. But there is a victim, a girl, whose life was ruined after an accident, and itIt is a great detective series with some drama parts. well, I gave it the complete point because it totally deserves it. It's based on a true story so everything makes sense, no cliche, no I am the hero and the casting and playing the roles good enough made me cry like for hours in everywell, I gave it the complete point because it totally deserves it.
