Summary: Tucker wants to build a half pipe (a skateboard ramp) in the backyard, despite Claire's protests that he can't because kids will get hurt and sue, and it will be ugly. But Tucker won't take no for an answer, and, via liability waivers and strategically-placed fruit trees, proves to Claire that she's got no cause for worry.
