RayAug 26, 2006Boring, boring, boring. Production was terrible and the host was terrible. The teams were cliches and not fun to watch at all. Please do not bring this travesty back. Did I mention how boring it was?

DaraGJun 19, 2006Sincerely the worst reality television show that I have ever attempted to watch. The crew at the Amazing Race must have been laughing their heads off.

DickHJun 18, 2006Weak...No, weaker than weak. This show is awful. Whoever gave this thing 10's...obviously has a financial stake in it's success. Don't waste your time...ESPECIALLY if you're an amazing race fan.

ChrisWJun 18, 2006The Amazing Race this is not... and that's a bad thing! A pointless show filled with every sterotypical genre you could ask for. The dumb blondes, the religious right, the rednecks, the nerds, and so-on. A Simply pathetic show. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my life that I'll never get back.

DavidHJun 18, 2006A big ripoff of "The Amazing Race", Treasure Hunters does not have any suspense and all of the people are not interesting. The host has a monotone voice that sounds like a robot. I wouldn't be surprised if this show gets cancelled soon.

The problem with "Treasure Hunters" is the same problem with "Amazing Race": It just feels like all the competing teams are spinning their wheels by solving clues.
-
It's just an Amazing Race knockoff. [16 Jun 2006, p.72]

It is obvious in just the first few minutes who the real winners are -- members of the NBC sales department. Collectively, they have taken product placement to new and annoying heights.
