Jul 17, 2023The last 3 episodes are some of the best action of the series, and the finale amongst the best episodes ever. Krasinski has always been amazing in the role, but he really gives a stunning performance in the last episode. He’s the definitive Jack Ryan, I can’t see anyone else in the part now. Wish the season were longer and that we had 2 more!

At least trying to offer a glimmer of humanity beyond all of the government agency carrying on and mysterious international evildoing.

The plot is ornate enough, and paranoia-quotient sufficient, to propel the six-episode season. It may even satisfy our appetite until the next Jack Ryan, inevitably, comes along.

As a functional spy thriller with some surprising turns and plenty of twists that will keep you on the edge of your seat, it is a notable final chapter while still sticking to the notes that have worked best throughout this series.
