Weak, poorly acted and cheap looking claptrap, without any fidelity to a masterwork.

The writers must've had absolutely no enthusiasm or care for their work. Just trying to get a paycheck.

Thom's personality and charisma are non-existent, but at least he's more or less accurate in terms of morals and motivation. Perrin reacts to the Way of the Leaf in a way that makes no sense either in the show or the books. Perrin reacts to the Way of the Leaf in a way that makes no sense either in the show or the books. Aes Sedai know about linking and that it makes stronger shields (which they do later in the episode), but elect to use weaker, separate individual shields at the beginning because... the audience doesn't know about linking???

And there's a Deus Ex Machina that completely negates say 30% of a major character's character growth in the books, and is so cliché it puts WoT in the same camp as any generic fantasy show; pure genre trash.
