In 2002 when Mike Bloomberg was elected Mayor of New York the population was 19,134,293 and there were 909 murders in New York. In 2013 in his last year the population was 19,695,000 there were 644 murders. It saved lives Sunny because that was the real reason for stop and frisk. It just needed to be adjusted after the flaws were identified. The policemen were wrong for the way they used the law but a lot of lives were saves. Sunny what was the real reason for stop and frisk and was that accomplished?
