best season ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! great acting and great story. love the star cast. i really recommend people to watch this season if they really are tvds fan. BEST SHOW EVER!!!

A decent season, but hardly Vampire Diaries at its best. Disappointing return from Katherine, expected her to have a much better story arc, and Nina Dobrev seems quite rusty in her scenes. The story of the sirens was quite lacking, I thought Matt's family would've been more involved. WastedA decent season, but hardly Vampire Diaries at its best.
